Well even with the ridiculous stamina, Kakashi has no real way of defeating Itachi but it would be a really fun fight to watch, maybe we'd finally get to see more than 20 of Kakashi's alleged 1000 jutsus Kishi got too lazy to create. This is an interesting question though, if Kakashi got hit with Amaterasu and it completely burns his paper body to molecules does he just magically reform...I was wondering the same thing about if Onoki had fully hit Madara with his Jinton since it atomically dismantles the opponent.

There's no way Itachi could ever lose this fight,

he only needs one big kamui to warp itachi. and he can hide underground till that is ready. 45m distance means he can go underground and itachi wont even know hes there. kamuis his only sealing jutsu so dont take that from him completely.
