i was reading through old chapters and had a sudden idea, when the kages saw the 1st hokage on madaras chest, kabuto said what orochimaru created is on a diffrent level to danzou, so maybe the scroll tells how to combine the 1st DNA with another person and he left this scroll for kabuto to combine it with madara if a war ever started or maybe to protect him from tobi..... so suigetsu is now taking it to sasuke as this would give him the edge in the war AND...... make him even with naruto!!!

One thing is true: Oro found out more than Tobi realized/wanted him to. Whatever the scroll contains, it is most likely something that proves a disadvantage on Tobi's team.

The scroll possibly contains information about the Senju, or about the Snake / Dragon Sage Mode, something that Kabs already got.

I think it's a tip on how to get close to the Sage's Power => obtaining the Rinnegan.

Cuz far as Suigetsu is concerned, they are all still part of the Taka cell. It would be his first reaction to relay this info to Sasuke since he is obviously the strongest on the team.
