Naruto stomps. He's beaten Kiba before, he can do it again. Naruto has Sage Mode and Boss Summons. And he'd go Kyuubi if he had too. With Naruto's FRS and other Rasengans, Summons, Sage Mode, and Kyuubi, he'd stomp Kiba easily.

He could dodge Kiba's attacks while in Sage Mode and if Kiba has to mark Naruto to use Wolf Fang Over Fang on him. With Naruto's speed he won't get marked. One punch or Frog Kate and Kibe would loose. He won't need summonings or FRS.
