Considering Naruto is a friend of all Bijuu now, wouldn`t that mean that even if they merged into Juubi, Juubi should be aware of Naruto and not consider him his enemy?!! :D

No, the plot suggests that all the beasts have a different mind. So far it does not seems like the tailed beasts remember being the Juubi either. I suppose two things will either happen.

1) Juubi will awaken being a new personality.
2) Juubi is already someone we know of (e.g. Tobi)

Jashin is one being, not multiple; the 3 beings in Christianity was the only religion that came to mind.

You don't see Allah having multiple deities in his conscience. Same thing with Buddha.

I don't think the Juubi will remember any of the Bijuu's memories or emotions or what so ever. I think it will be a whole new creature.
