Kabuto's sage made was sanke but i guess he trained to get over powered, The snakes did turn to dragon but its just the snakes and the power of his snakes so the sage mode stayes the same i think ?

Even if there is a slug sage mode neither tsunade or Sakura know it if kishi does make tsunade pull it out off no where then i would be annoyed. Sakura dosent even have a contract wit the slugs plus can't perform the summoning jutsu so there's no way she could learn it, now to tsunade remember when pa came to get naruto to learn sage mode kakashi said that no 1 in the village knows sage mode now that Jirayia has died and since then tsunade has been to with either the pain arc or the shinobi war to learn sage mode.

Not really, snakes & dragons have connection in eastern culture as part of the serpent family in mythologies. Sort of speak, a dragon is like an evolved stage of a snake in eastern mythology(keep in mind that a westen dragon & a eastern dragon don't look the same nor have the same meaning). As you see in the last chapter, the White Snake Sage is sitting on a chair with a dragon behind him, he is located at Ryuchidou, which literally means Dragon Earth Cave. When Kabuto said he had shed his snake skin & became a dragon, he is trying to say that he is now the perfect serpent(a dragon), he has surpassed Orochimaru, who would be considered an imperfect serpent(a snake).

I wasn't stating anything about a slug sage mode if it even exist, I'm just merely stating that Sakura is the only one that's actually Tsunade's pupil, Ino was just taught Medical Jutsu, likely that was learned in a classroom of such.

If you want to think about it, really there is already dragons that look similar to snakes anyway, like a water dragon, it's already snake like, except with the obvious difference of a dragons head instead of a snakes head.

I would think though Tsunade should first master it some what even if it does not end up perfectly like how Jiraiya did with his sage mode, he had it but it was not perfect ..but Naruto perfected it in his own way, since well really who else would go to teaching either of the girls to learn how to acquire it, then again, considering Shizune was Tsunade's first apprentice, I see no harm in learning that first either then teaching the girls, for what I have seen though, Sakura seems more likely to perfect such a transformation, considering her excellent chakra control.

i completely agree i never once believed for 1 second that kabuto was an actual dragon.. like how we see dragons as majestic fire breathing flying warlords...but just a serpentine dragon i can see and understand.

i would just like to add that it would seem kabuto learned straight from the head snake and that maybe if naruto learned from the head toad (that massive 1) he might get a huge power up...
