Question

Episode 40 of normal Naruto when Orochimaru checks on Sasuke and Kakashi is there, Kakashi makes a threat and later questions if he's lost his mind. I think Kakashi could take Oro down. Opinions?

It could have been possible I suppose for Kakashi to have at least attempted in taking out Orochimaru, then again though, considering how he questioned himself, it might mean that he himself knew that he might of not been able to do that. Also he let his emotions take control at that point, just because of his fondness for Sasuke, probably because Sasuke likely reminds him a little of how Obito use to be. As a ninja he is not really suppose to make just remarks based on emotions.

Kakashi has a very good head for knowing exactly what he can and can't do. I think that Kakashi meant what he said, that they would both go down if they fought, but then his emotions took over, mainly fear.
