Ok, yeah the Itachi being dead part kinda hurts this theory.
But that's nothing some random speculation and invention can't fix!

Ok, what if Itachi isn't REALLY dead but Sasuke fought against
a Zetsu clone who looked like Itachi and that is the one who died.
Then later Kabuto reanimated that Zetsu clone of Itachi and since
it had the same DNA because its a perfect copy it created a Itachi
summon. Also Itachi's Tsukiyomi is the pure world so that's why
the jutsu thinks he's dead.

Tobi is Itachi and Itachi is a bad guy. He doesn't care about
Sasuke and the whole eye thing is a lie. He just wants to screw with Sasuke. The eyes will explode in Sasuke's eye sockets.

so you're saying during the akatsuki's gathering, when we saw Tobi and Itachi at one place, Tobi was Itachi and itachi was a zetsu clone all along. And TobiTachi decided to entrust Shisui's Kotoamatsukami eye to a zetsu clone who gave it to Naruto.
At the same time Tobitachi is super coveting Shisui's other eye that Danzo had and got pissed when it got destroyed. So then Tobitachi must be a fool to give the only one he had to zetsutachi who foolishly gave it to Naruto at the end....ahh...sweet! i luv it.

I suppose looking, if Itachi had another Uchiha's eyes that were appropriately MS to make his EMS, and then gave Sasuke his, wouldn't it work? or even if he ans Sasuke switched MS eyes...remember he noticed he was going blind as well before he died (as stated by Kakashi)

I just can't see it happening. I mean isn't Tobi old, because when Konan blew some of his mask off his face was wrinkled. Also when Itachi was reanimated and fought met up Naruto again, since Naruto was in RM wouldn't he have been able to sense if it was a zetsu clone or not. Also, when Tobi attacked the village with the Kyuubi, Itachi was still a little kid and was shown when he was holding sasuke.

Naruto DID turn super saiyan...he's golden, his hair sticks up and he has NINE TAILS.

Sasuke doesn't have EMS. There's no such thing. He just has MS DOS.

EMS doesn't exist. It was only a rumor. The Uchiha processor doesn't have enough hertz to run the EMS OS.

ah, but you never know if EMS existed prior during the time of the Uchiha. I mean Madara definitely had it, and even though Itachi was suffering trying to give it to his brother, he could have had it in atleast one eye for Shisui.

Though I will be honest, it wouldn't surprise me if Itachi actually HAD it. Considering what he had done, his goals and purposes, having EMS would allow him to go forward and pursue what he wanted to, it would also give Sasuke eyes that HAD it, and not leave anything up to chance.

@silentblande.... EMS eye transplant should only occur within kinsmen esp. siblings to maximize the chance of gaining a new technique... transplants b/n non-siblings does no give this new dojutsu/power... it prob. leaves one with same MS ability without gettin blind...yea?
