Techniques:
Ventus Ruptis (Wind Burst) - By manipulating wind between their palms, the user is able to create a burst of wind by thrusting their arms forward. This wind is capable of being no more than a small breeze, but is also capable of whipping up a force that is able to rip trees from their rooted positions and blow down great walls.
Caeli Glans (Air Bullet) - Similar to Ventus Ruptis, the user conjures a small condensed ball of air in their hands. However, when released this ball of air stays dense and moves with great speed, acting just like that of a real bullet. The force can be controlled with the amount of wind used to propel the bullet, capable to penetrating armor or perhaps just acting like a punch or poke.
Ventus Lamina (Wind Blade) - This is a cutting technique capable of slicing through trees and people like butter. The user conjures a burst of wind, but this wind blows at such a high velocity that it doesn't just feel sharp and biting, but literally becomes bladed air.
Arctos Spiritus (Hurricane Breath) - The user's manipulation of wind allows their breathing to become much more powerful, allowing them to create twisters simply by exhaling if they so choose. Arctos Spiritus is a hurricane in varying sizes and strengths created by blowing out with the intention of creating such a force.
Nulla Ventus (Null Wind) - Using their complete mastery over the wind, the user pushes all air out of a large space, making breathing impossible and collapsing anyone's lungs that happen to stay in this technique for too long. This also means that fire attacks are unable to be used. User is not affected due to their affinity for wind.
Scatebra Profusum Calcitrant (Jet Stream Kick) - Jet streams are normally located high in the sky, acting as an undersea current would, but made of fast flowing air. By creating a smaller version of these in the path of the user's kick, their normal kick increases in power exponentially.
Pressura Palmarum (Pressure Palm) - The user's manipulation of air allows them to control it completely. By forcing air with their palm, the user is capable of creating small blunt shockwaves to cause damage to the opponent or forcing the air within the target's body to become a weapon in itself, slicing the inside of the target and causing major internal hemorrhaging.
Other Combat Abilities:
Natural Abilities -
Snake Scales - The scales that line his body make him harder to injure, but not at all able to completely nullify damage that comes to him. Punches and kicks have low damage in general, aside from the Logia abilities as well.
Venom - As any other venomous snakes in the world, Devroux has long fangs location in his mouth that he is able to fold up. This venom is highly toxic and able to take out a full grown human man with just a few drops. In addition to being able to inject poison, he also has high tolerance against most toxins int he world.
Extra Muscles - Not only the fishman blood, but the fact of being a snake has lined his body with more muscles than even most fishmen. His tail being the strongest portion of him, he is able to easily crush cars with it. This extra muscle also contributes to his high tolerance of pain.
Gills - As with any fishmen, Devroux is able to breathe underwater. Although he lost his swimming abilities with eating the Devil Fruit, breathing beneath the surface has not been lost to him, which makes him dangerous even without the ability to use his actual Logia abilities.
Marksmanship (Adequate) - Preferring to use his fists or Logia abilities, Devroux has put a backseat on learning how to use guns. With no bragging rights to his skills, he rarely uses long range weaponry.
Swordsmanship (Expert) - Swords were something that Devroux liked to practice and play with as a child. Although he's not good enough to be considered a master, his swordsmanship skills are impressive and near unbeatable at close ranges.
Haki Abilities -
Busoshoku (Master) - Along his journey to becoming Fleet Admiral, it became ever more obvious that Haki was going to be needed to take on Devil Fruit users. In order to best compete with other Logia types, Devroux took it upon himself to master Busoshoku Haki, becoming able to use it in all aspects.
Kenbunshoku (Adequate) - Not as needed as Busoshoku, Kenbunshoku Haki took a backseat to other training that had to be done. He knows it enough to be able to sense a person's presence as they move around him, but is unable to use it in order to locate different attacks.
Haoshoku (Beginner) - Haoshoku Haki is a recent development. Devroux only just realized his affinity for this type of Haki less than 6 months before his promotion to Fleet Admiral. Since then he has been training in order to use it to the best of his ability.
Hand-to-Hand Combat (Master) - Combat, especially on board ships, is done at close range. In order to best prepare for any developments that come to him within his reach, Devroux has become a master in several different types of martial arts. Even without Kenbunshoku Haki, the abilities gained through this training have given him great eyes for body movements.
Fishman Karate (Adequate) - Having served for the royal guard on Fishman Island, Fishman Karate is one of the things Devroux learned. Although not amazing at it, his use of it gives him great advantages underwater.
Personality:
Devroux's personality is greatly unbecoming of someone with the rank of Fleet Admiral. He is often cool headed and likes to make things less serious than they should be due to his ability to overcome any obstacle that he has face in the past. Only in situations that truly call for a serious tone does he bring out the darker, more business-like side of himself for the sake of overcoming the occasion with as little pain as possible for himself and those involved.
Devroux is always ready to have a good time and is never worried about dying because his abilities have made him stronger than anyone he has face thus far in his life. Do to the ease he has been granted by his Devil Fruit, Devroux's fears and worries have melted away, save some left over childhood trauma.
