(starting from the first move, with attacks being enhanced) Starting distance is 30 meters.
Starting Distance: 30 meters.

Whoever wants to go first, can. If no one steps up by 9 PM ET, I will choose by random.

Ornias kneels down with both of his eyes closed on one knee on the floor of the energy pyramid waiting for his target. His black hair covering part of his face. As Ornias senses someone in front of him, he stays completely still. He slowly opens his pale blue eyes and then starts to slowly rise until he is standing up on two legs.
Ornais stares at his opponent, Devroux Altair, scanning his entire body looking for a weak point. Ornias unlocks his choker and pulls it off of his neck. As Ornias takes it off spikes burst out of the sides of it, making it form into a weapon instead of an accessory. Ornias latches the new spiked choker onto one of his three black belts and then unsheathes his zanpakuto. "Let's get this over with," Ornias bluntly says through the bone-like mask that covers his nose and mouth.
Hado 32: Okasen A wide bright yellow arc of energy fires off at Devroux as Ornias waves his arm horizontally in front of himself. The energy attack seems to be a lot more powerful than usual because of the pyramid. As the yellow energy closes in on Devroux, Ornias flash steps 6 feet above him, diving down while slashing his zanpakuto at Devroux head. Ornias then flash steps quickly again 20 feet away to regain his footing and then unlatches the spiked choker from his belt.

This Supremacy Tournament thing is quite boring. I don't know much else to do though, so I joined it to see just how far I'd make it. My first battle is located within the confines of some interesting energy pyramid. As the moments pass, I feel my spiritual pressure fluctuate in power, both raising and dipping, as if the pyramid itself has an effect on my power. Quite an intriguing area, so this fight may be interesting.
My first fight is with a man named Ornias. He looks like a punk though, so this fight shan't be very interesting. The first thing he does is take a necklace off that turns into what looks like a weapon, but doesn't actually do anything with it. Maybe it is just for show... Whatever. Not like it matters to me. The only thing that matters is what he fights like. Hopefully he'll live up to be better than his appearance.
He starts off by throwing a hado spell my way, which was expected seeing as his spritual pressure just breathes "soul reaper," but the attack isn't that interesting, though it is slightly stronger than what I would have expected. However, I'm feeling that same extra strength right now and wave my left hand at the hado attack releasing a Hado #54: Haien to counter it. At the same moment this purple flash leaves my hand, I raise my right arm releasing a small burst of spiritual energy from the back of my hand to leave my unwounded as I counter this man's zanpaktou slash.
The hado attacks collide and explode, creating a minor crater within the ground beneath them. After I counter his slash, Ornias shunpos away from me again. As expected, this man seems to be very boring when it comes to fighting. Whatever. I'll just mop the floor with him.
Waving my right hand over my face I call upon and solidify spiritual energy to create a hollow mask. It's a very plain mask, just white with no other facial features beyond the eye-holes, but as plain as it is, it gives me a slight boost in both speed and strength. This hollowfication has taken me years to master in order to use it for long periods of time, but it was well worth it.
I sonido straight at my opponent, my zanpaktou already unsheathed by the time I reach him, and direct my right elbow towards the center of his chest, hoping to cripple him in a single blow. At the same time, I swing my zanptkou behind him hoping to slice him from behind and release a small cero at his face at point blank range.
Hoping that the speed I do this at and the amount of attacks I use will catch him off guard, I sonido back to my original place as soon as my attacks are fired off. I stand in silence, waiting to see if this minor trouble survives. As I wait, my mind wanders to the other opponents. Most of them have promise, so this could be interesting.

"Interesting...a vizard," Ornias speaks softly to himself as he sees the plain mask form over Devroux's face. "Such a pitiful creature, one who has tainted blood inside of them, but something that is still a force to be reckoned with." Ornias quickly puts the hilt of his zanpakuto in front and focuses spiritual energy inside of it as Devroux sonidos in front of him with his zanpakuto already unsheathed and his elbow coming in for a kill shot. Ornias uses the upper half of the hilt to absorb Devroux's elbow and then at the same time uses the spikes of his choker that he unlatched from his belt seconds before, to catch Devroux's zanpakuto.
Ornias eyes light up as he sees Devroux about to fire off a cero at point blank. With the short time he plans on using for charging it, it shouldn't be big or enough to kill Ornias, but getting hit by it would still be a bad idea. Ornias twists his arm holding his zanpakuto, using the bottom part of the hilt of the zanpakuto to push Devroux's elbow inside of him, while ducking under Devroux's arm and stepping around him in one quick fluent motion in an attempt to avoid the cero. As Ornias is in back of Devroux, he tries to quickly clamp the spiked choker onto Devroux's throat while forcing the spikes to invert themselves for a quick kill.
Ornias then flash steps backward, trying to get at a far enough distance away from Devroux to make a solid move. "May the chains of hell consume you," he mutters. Ornias's zanpakuto turns black and then changes into a seven foot long, thick chain with two sharp spikes emerging off of every link of it. Ornias starts to whirl around the large chain and then whips it toward Devroux. At the current length of the chain, it would be impossible to even reach Devroux, much less harm him. Ornias knowing this, rapidly increases the number of links of the chain as he whips it, giving it enough of a length to reach Devroux's body and wrap around it a few times. As the chain flies through the air, locking onto the vizard, Ornias's shadow starts to grow darker in color.

With my elbow still outstretched I simply point my thumb up and release a bala from the tip of it, knocking the spiked color away just long enough for my footing to switch and for my direction to change. Now backing up, my eyes are latched onto my opponent again as he releases his zanpaktou, turning it into a chain and tossing it at me.
My eyes notice several things as it does so... First, the chain isn't just an average chain, but it has deadly spikes off of each link, meaning that it could cause some serious surface injuries if I get caught in it. Second, as the chain comes at me, the links increase. Third, and most importantly, as the chain lengthens, Ornias' shadow decreases in size. At this point in time, I can only guess that the chain will only increase in size along with the shadow decreasing, but that may still be a trick. I still have to figure out this man's abilities before I can really play on any weaknesses.
Raising my zanpaktou I say, "Unto the heavens we raise our beauty, Prince," releasing my zanpaktou. The white blade fades black as I pull apart the hilt, separating it into dual blades, each with a sharp edge on both sides of the blade. Using an X shape, I form a simple cross pattern in front of me, deflecting the chain as it comes towards me. Flipping my hands and the zanpaktou along with them, I swat the chain away from me as easy as a fly. Chains my have some range, but they're not specifically sturdy weapons.
Flipping the swords within my grasp I knock them together, creating a spark and hiding the fact that I shoot out a tiny, tightly woven ribbon sphere from the tip of my zanpaktou at my opponent. It's small and barely noticeable, but that's it's only trick. It won't do much damage, but create a small hole straight through my opponent's body if it makes contact. Other than that, it has no real effect unless is hits major organs.
Halting my movement at last, I stand in place and charge a near my mouth and fill each zanpaktou with reiatsu, getting ready to either attack with something or defend against multiple attacks, but also ready to make a counter attack if my opponent makes the mistake of coming too close.
