Anyways I'd say Stark since we haven't seen Yoruichi using a sword and don't know what powers it has.

Starrk was easily holding off two high level captains. Without Shunsui's hax Zanpakuto ability he would have won. Yoroichi has no way of consistently doing damage to him, and since he's a gunslinger, his style of fighting naturally has an advantage over her close range tactics.

Yoruichi's only shot is her shunko but that might not even work.

Actually, Starrk had trouble with Shunsui alone. He kept dodging his Ceros as if they were nothing, and he dodged numerous shots from Cero Metralleta before Jushiro absorbed it. Since Yoruichi is evidently much faster than both of them and she is a Flash Step master she shouldn't have much difficulty dodging.

Ukitake was fast enough to take Byakuya by surprise back in SS arc when he annihilated Ichigo before Yoroichi took him to bankai training. Shunsui has gotta be at least as fast as him.

Well he was just about to use his Bankai. And he was blindsided too IIRC.

I really doubt that, Shunsui had no trouble tracking Yoruichi when she was full on blitz mode and ready to fight Soi Fon and the only reason Ukitake didn't notice her was because he was freaking out about his men

pretty much the only person who ever blitzed Shunsui was Yamamoto and that guy should be above everybody sans Final mode Ichigo and butterfly aizen

Stark meanwhile was keeping pace with him and Ukitake and wasn't horribly out done in the speed department and only lost because Shunsui was tough enough to tank his shots and had a hax technique and could exploit his stamina weakness
