Minato is only hype, we haven't see him fight(not in anime at least)
Jiraiya is strong but when he fought Pein, Pein was only playing around with him.
People give Naruto too much credit for his fight with Pein. Here are reason's why Pein lost:
-He used alot of chakra to destroy Konoha and fight high rank ninjas(ex.Kakashi..)
-Nagato needed Naruto alive for 9Tails. (He could've removed naruto's soul w/ Human Path)
-He separated his powers into 6 bodies. (In manga, Ressurected Nagato was going toe to toe with Kyuubi Mode Naruto and Killer Bee. Itachi had to save them)
For this match up, I can't pick unless I see Minato fight. But Bagato would rape Naruto and Jiraiya LOL

I believe it was previously established that Minato alone beats Pain. That was the result of thread Minato vs Pain. And Minato, Jiraiya and Naruto together are no weaker than Minato alone!!! :D

Minato can play with the paths himself. Manga canon established Sage Naruto with his frogs can steamroll five paths of pain with mid difficulty. Shared vision is useless against instant teleportation, and instantaneous travel means Minato will reach the individual paths before the others can provide any aid.

The paths, who all only have one ability individually, are open season game against Minato's Hiraishin technique and Naruto's Kage Bunshin, which can provide even more numbers, cover, and defense as he displayed against Shinra Tensei.

Nagato needs to concentrate through the paths for Chibaku Tensei. The frog summoners will murder Deva Path before he even gets his hands together.

Anyway, I`d say Jiraiya alone is a great challenge top Pain. Add Minato and Naruto and you get Legendary guts and Supreme Ultimate Rasengan!!! :D

Minato isn't soloing. None of their attacks will work on Pain seeing as how he can repel them with his Shinra Tensei.

Yeah, no.Without knowledge of FTG? Hell yeah. Kunai throw->they dodge to the side->hiraishin->head chop. One of them attacks minato then he does the same thing or dodges out of the way. then he spreads kunai everywhere and then they really can't do a thing to him. Bansho Tennin? he teleports to a kunai. Summons? He summons Gamabunta to help.

They already know. Jiraiya has his knowledge. Minato saw the Pain fight through Naruto, so he knows Pain's techniques already. Not too much explanation needed.

I don't even remember his durability feats. All I remember is him getting knocked around by kyuubi roars :lol:

Its a minor inconsistency. Deva Path was "exhausted" and "collapsed".

He suffered a lot of damage already by then.

Not to mention Regular Rasengan is supposed to be as strong as chidori by Sasuke. The same chidori which barely cut through Raikage's armoro still impressive by NAruto standards.

Well if the armor wasn't lightning based then he would have cut through. Lightning cancels out lightning as when sasuke funnelled lightning chakra through himself to stop Bee's swords from digging in deeper to his body, or when he channelled lightning through suigetsu's sword to stop Bee's sword from piercing it

Hence deva path already took some major damage by then. Deva PAth is durable but he isn't the most durable guy ever.

He suffered from the KN6 blast as well.

Also Rasengan messes you up internally.

This isn't a fair fight at all.....Jiraiya can basically beat Pain by himself if he wasn't on a mission to find out things. So its obvious that Pain loses.
