As for who's better, I mean, album sale wise, Chris pwns Drake.

You can say Drake is a better rapper than Chris, but c'mon who cares. Chris isnt primarly a rapper, but he's good at it tho. Hip-hop Cypher. His freestyle was vicious. Where was Drake? Hmmmm

As for latest albums, F.A.M.E. and Take Care. I heard so much criticism from the Take Care album. Even has it's own cover editted lol pics. Plenty of those to make him look like a joke. Hardly any from Chris Brown's F.A.M.E. album.

And who cares if he abused a girl, he's still accepted by many, and actually, his career skyrocketed from that because mostly what Rihanna was saying in her interviews about it was complete lies. I mean, yea, you were abused, and he did his time, but dont act like some hostile victim with no faults and also lie to put his career down. I mean, who cares about that incident. The dude is still famous and is still here. Over here in VA, he came and did his F.A.M.E. tour with Tyga, T-Pain, Kelly Rowland, and far as I see it, there was a lot of people attending that concert, mostly girls, so who cares about that abuse incident. You should know better trying to go into a guy's phone and pick a fight with them.:lol: Still wrong of him, but still. BOTH at fault.

And as for Marvin's room, from many I heard, Chris Brown's version was better than Drakes.

I mean, it is true. When Drake came on the scene with "Best I ever had" and "Succesful", that's when he was hott. Like, I remember around that time, he was talked about. People were already saying he's better than Lil Wayne, oh he's the best rapper alive. People started saying that. Now it's like, ever since he got rejected by that h0e, Nicki Minaj, and that whole speculation of Lil Wayne slapping Drake in the face for messing with his girl while he was in prison, that's when Drake's flow from the beginning went downhill.:lol: I mean, he still puts out good stuff. It's just not the same when he started in Young Money. Then there were speculations of him being a solo rapper and leaving Young Money and then there were also speculations of him signing to Rocafella(Jay-Z <3). But I swear, it's like after that scenario, things just change for him. Now most of his songs are depressing and you got people saying he should quit rapping and just sing. Like, I heard so much about that guy. It's sad tho, because he doesnt deserve such criticism and hate. "Oh he should go back to Degrassi" stuff like that.

BET Cypher, as with ciphers, aren't necessarily freestyle or written rhymes from the rapper. As was the case of Beiber (http://www.hiphopdx.com/index/news/id.17278/title.dj-premier-bans-justin-bieber-from-entering-bet-cypher-with-ghostwritten-verse), the prime law is to not have another writer writing your bars. Of course, that doesn't stop much of ghostwriting, does it? `:)

Of course, Take Care was a pseudo-experimental album. It was Drake's natural progression back from his original mixtapes while displaying off a tone more akin to Ye's 808s & Heartbreak or the Weeknd. Basically R&B, if you will.

We already seen segments of him trying to, and he just makes it look like a joke. Boy was asked to freestyle, and he ended up hesitating rapping lyrics off his Take Care album. Funny, but a joke. To extend on the fact why Take Care hasn't received any awards in the last year, award shows have nominees. Nominees are usually selected several months ahead of the show itself, for instance, the Grammy(s). An example is Ye's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

Also, to elaborate on popularity, popular isn't always mean quality. In other words, quality trumps quantity. Unless you consider the radio quality music tho.
