They also have them at F.Y.E. it's a store where they have tons and tons of videos but in the back of the store, there's anime items and stuff, they have Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, and bunch of other animes and manga.

Well, that's what they have near me.

1) take the botton of a pie pan and make it a rectangle.
2) carve the symbl that you want and the bolts
3) take sharpie to make the symble noticable
4) take a ribbon and glue the metal part on
wait for glue to dry

When it comes to stores that are not online I did get my headband from Hot Topic (that was the only store I knew that sold Naruto clothing and the like). I'm not sure if they still sell them but I'd say check and see.

You can try looking through your nearest mall for one. FYE sells a lot of naruto stuff. You can also try Walmart if all else fails
