charizard is a sleepy pokemon monster animal thing.
sasuke can use chidori [the one he used on the beginning of killing orochimaru]
and then charizard would automatically die in less than 1 second

err pok'emon? ok, I would say sasuke, granted sasuke can only glide with the cursemark stage 2, not fly, charzard would have that advantage, they can both breath fire, they can both do basicly the same things with melee,(exept charzard has a tail) im going to have to say sasuke, he has much more power, varaity in powers, and can do almost everything charzard can to a degree. *insert random explosion*
