Choji vs Shino?

They aren't common characters to be used in the battlegrounds, I haven't seen them on here that often, and they don't appear much in the show anymore. Who will win?

I think Shino would win. Choji is a close-range fighter and Shino's bugs could easily swarm him and suck out his Chakra. Human Boulder would take out a few bugs and Choji would have a big chance of winning if he used the Pills but Shino could suck his chakra out before that.

I would go with Shino, because his insects are faster than the normal choji,
but with the pills, the effects change.

In PTS, Choji wins, since his Partial Expansion could easily destroy bugs and Human Boulder could get them off. If he needs to, he could use the pills to enhance his strength.

In Shippuden, Shino wins, Bug Globe is something Choji can't escape, so he'd get sucked up till he dies.

I think Shino wins. He's shown considerably more intelligience and has great strategy. He can most likely land a female bug on Choji when he wildly attacks. Shino also has bug clones to back him up... I think he would be able to plan and avoid Human Boulder and partial expansion as well, his strength, speed, and stamina have been shown to be good.

I choose Choji because in fights the show tends to favor the underdog. Ex. Naruto vs. Neji, Sakura and Chiyo vs. Sasori, Squad 7 vs. Zabuza and Haku, Sasuke vs. Itachi, Naruto vs. Pain

And yet what you don't realize is that all of those matches concluded in favor of who Kishi wanted to win for the plot to go on. After all, Naruto dying can't happen. Sasuke wouldn't be allowed to die with Kishi going on. Sakura surviving was just stupid.
