Voldemort has the Unforgivable Curses and could just Crucio/Imperio/Avada Kedavra him. If you've seen Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, at the end of the movie when Dumbledore fights Voldemort, you can see how Voldemort can use some really extreme magic without even saying anything. So, case in point, Voldemort stomps. Lol................also because I like Voldemort better.
