When Jirobo is in CS2 his strength features are quite insane, and the power behind his punches are formidable.
We understand he was killed by Choji, but Choji himself in Butterfly Mode is low Kage tier.
I mean when he's expanded he's already high above Jonin tier, when added to the fact his strength is multiplied incredibly and he can fly we have to assume he's able to defeat most opponents in this form.
Jirobo was able to pick up a gigantic rock in base form, and toss it hundreds of meters.
Aside from that, he was able to pick up expanded Choji with an arm, after he fell on top of him.
Even though he lacks in speed features, he clearly has the power to make up for it. His durability is not lacking either, as he was able to tank sub-forms of Butterfly Choji punches, which are quite powerful.
I would like to see some argument in where exactly he should be put on the scale, as I feel he's being unjustly underrated.
