Fastest Jutsu

Yeah, participate in the poll and feel free to discuss.

Might of missed a few, just glanced over the character list and put up what I thought was the fastest Jutsus in terms of speed over range, and initiation time.

If you believe I missed anything, state it here and why you believe it should either be added/the fastest.

I tried not to use seal or foot speed Jutsu like Body Flicker, or the Raikage's V2 punch.

More so Ranged Ninjutsu.

Bump, also I'd like to know if Morning Peakcock should be considered Taijutsu and not Ninjutsu.

Personally I voted Yomi Nora, as I believe that to be nearly instant.

Arguable though since some other techniques are "created" faster, I.E. no seals.

Kirin is as fast as lightning which I believe trumps most of the other jutsu.

If you consider the time it takes to create it though, it's the slowest jutsu on there.

I would consider Underworld Swamp almost instant after the seals are made, especially since it literally creates a swamp anywhere you want, without physically spewing out the Jutsu from your own body, it appears on the ground, whatever scale you want.

It truly is hacked, I mean it's worse than Amy since even with the Jutsu appearing where ever you look, it still takes time to move somewhat, whereas Underworld Swamp basically instantly spawns after the seals are made wherever your desired target is. Really I'm not sure there is any other Jutsu like it.

Light speed is great and all, but I was leaning more toward actual Ninjutsu, not seal/transport techniques.

Otherwise Minato's blinker seals would probably be the fastest, since it's considered instant, I.E. without time.

I am not sure how fast a meteor is, I just know it's really fast xD. Dark Swamp I guess is some good competition because it looks like it's instant.

But that's why I said it trumps most of the other jutsu. Kishimoto made a big deal about it after all.

Especially since the speed of light has been quantified in speed, whereas none of these jutsu have.

What about Itachi's genjutsu? If you remember back to the start of Part 2 when he sent out a clone to slow down Team 7 going after Gaara he pointed his finger at Naruto and he was caught instantly in his Genjutsu. Naurto didn't realise until about 5 minutes later.
