In Pokemon, Team Rocket had always to capture Pokemon especially Ash's Pikachu over the years. When Jessie, James, and Meowth couldn't do it, they would get blasted into sky by a lot of means. They would scrape off Pokemon Hunter J's path or even run away if they were lucky. But on Black and White, Team Rocket acted seriously after their promotion and started plans to conquer Unova. They escape with their jet packs to avoid defeat. Do say.
