If Pokemon existed in the Narutoverse, what Pokemon would each character have a close bond with(by bond I mean like Ash and his Pikachu).

Right off the top of my head I can think of 3 characters:

Naruto-Ninetails(uncreative I know)

Sasuke-Blaziken(only because I have seen a fan drawn picture of Sasuke with a Torchic and thought it was a good fit)

Shikamaru-Alakazam(because they both are really intelligent and could play off each others brains really well)

If you can think of any more, feel free to post your thoughts.

I could actually see Yamato being better suited to a Torterra because it has a massive tree growing out of its back and he could work with that.

I thought of another good one that would go well with Kakashi...Absol. Both are just so made of win and have that calm outer appearance but can kick major butt in a fight. And besides, Absol looks kind of like a wolf, so it goes along with Kakashi's Lightning Beast Running jutsu.

Ino - Espeon. They like psychic powers and the color purple :D

Sasuke - Luxray. Both have menacing eyes and spiky hair/fur, and both use electric attacks. Also because I saw a picture of a human luxray and he looked like Sasuke.

Temari - Sneasel or Weavile, since they're based on a kamaitachi, which is Temari's summon.

Suigetsu - Vaporeon. Both can melt into water.

This is so great, even though I haven't seen Pokemon in forever it still brings back good memories. I agree with the Sasuke-Luxray idea too. It's hard to remember all of the names...

Suits him excellently, except that the Croagunk will be more violent with Jiraiya than Brock!
