When have we seen Madara use Space Time Ninjutsu? HAVE YOU SEEN HIS FACE as he did the technique? No.

So let me ask you this, why did Kabuto have Muu summon Madara instead of himself summoning Madara?

no it's because kabuto doesn't want to get his behind handed to him and wants to be as most possible away from madara, I mean if I summoned itachi and he broke free what makes me think madara who is super hyped wouldn't break free as well

The only reason Itachi broke free was because he had Shisui's abilities.

yeah WE know that but kabuto doesn't, kabuto clearly states "itachi is on a whole other level than the rest of the summonings, I can't control him". Kabuto thought itachi broke free of it himself, besides the guy has rinnegan as well as EMS I as well wouldn't want to be anywhere near the guy specially after him being mad about being an edo summon

Even though Kabuto stated that there were no 'backfire' or weaknesses to the jutsu, the only known one, is that he can't move because he needs to control everything.

Which means that the only weakness is that he can't fight while he's in that little room.

The only reason Kabuto said that about Itachi is BECAUSE he broke free from the Jutsu.

Madara's plan would be to get resurrected by Edo Tensei and not be controlled(he would be invincible). Killing Kabuto wouldn't stop the jutsu which means Madara plans to kill Kabuto somehow.

Sorry but it's not nearly strong enough to rule out Madara as Tobi. (assuming you mean Madara's mind in a body or Zetsu clone) Tobi actually being Madara was ruled out as soon as Madara stepped out of the coffin.

If you are Kabuto, why have Madara even see your face? Keep the connections to you as few as possible. That's the way you are supposed to think as a smart bad guy.

Also, if Madara's never been to that battle field, how will he know how to teleport there? He has no familiar chakra to latch on to (How Tobi followed Minato.).

Also, Kabuto conserves his own chakra by having Muu cast it. We naturally have to assume it's not Kabuto's chakra that all the ETs use.

Also, Space time jutsu varies. Minato and Tobirama use it, But maybe you have to learn it from someone than develop or at least witness it with the sharingan. Tobi has many eyes with many experiences, and some have different abilities. Like Shisui. If he didn't have a MS, than since it's still a part of it, his eyes must be special. Kamui for Kakashi.

Madara might never have had the opportunity to learn or witness. But Tobi has.

You're stating the obvious without knowing it. That's what Paradigm1977 said. Kabuto isn't wasting his chakra, he's using his pawns' chakra

Madara doesn't have a chakra limit BECAUSE of the fact that he's an ET.

The whole point of Muu summoning Madara was so that Madara could get to the battlefield faster. This can only mean that Madara doesn't have the ability to phase and teleport like Tobi does, making them different people.
