Let's do some(common sense) calculations.

You might think, "But (Person Who Is Not)TU, calculations are retarded!" yes, that is true, but this is not a physics calculation or something that is retarded. This is just facts.

Now let's say Konan had a year to prepare the bombs(which, obviously isnt the case lol). In order to make 600 billion paper bombs, every day for an entire year she would have to have prepared 16 million 400 thousand and some bombs. This means each day she would have to prepare 684,000 bombs.

Let's break it down some more though. That's 11,000+ a minute all day, assuming she preps every single minute of an entire year.

Let's say she preps non-stop for an entire...idk month.
She'd have to prep over 5 million a second for an entire month. Something like that.

She could use her homefield terrain to her advantage.

But of course this partially because Base Gai is a very linear fighter.

I actually brought both Deidara and Konan into a fight like one year ago, Deidara was the winner but there were no restrictions then.

Her paper was strong and fast enough to counter Jiraiya's large scale Katon.
Only the oil jutsu defeated her.

Also when Kyuubi Sage Mode naruto ran at Nagato, Konan did intercept at the front.

Now KSM Naruto may have not been using full speed but its but of a feat for her.
