Luffy punched through multiple layers of rock then proceeded to split the earth overturning the buildings. He dodged 2-3 bullets point blank,lasers from a pacifista, punched a krakken the size of a sea king and sent it flying despite being underwater.

Naruto cannot compare.

Haki will prevent Naruto ever landing an attack as Luffy would know where it would be coming from.

Luffy pwns in this fight. In the middle of part 1 he was already punching through multiple layers of bedrock and easily toppling buildings. He'd probably blitz Naruto and take him down in a few hits.
