Mizukage's Genjutsu was placed on himself and the Clam as well as the entire Battlefield.

Just how Izanagi was casted on Danzo himself and Sasuke didn't see through it.

Though I suppose lets wait until tomorrow when we see Infinite Explosions though if even Muu couldn't handle it I don't see how Sasuke will.

Still pretty much a speculation fight, can't his sharingan see chakra by color? Illusions are really tricks for the naked eye, which i presume he's doing

Well 20 yards is a pretty short distance.. if the Sharingan can see him there's not much Mizu can do since he's weaker with the clone out and Sasuke can just use ammy

lets say Sasuke can't see through genjutsu , how gonna mizukage damage Sasuke ? ... don't tell me the water gun 'cuz it's not gonna interpenetrate Amy'd Susano'o ribs .
