Kakashi's weak ass genjutsu won't be doing anything to Sasuke. Literally the only genjutsu he's shown is the D rank one he used on Sakura at the beginning of the series. I think he showed another one later on too, but it was done on some random ninja, and given Sasuke's knowledge of his sharingan, it would probably be useless.

The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan is just an upgrade to the normal Sharingan. You have to have the Sharingan before you can improve it and turn it into the Mangekyo Sharingan, and then the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

I'm just going to use a broad scale and say that Sasuke wins imo because Kakashi's most lethal move is raikiri, Kakashi has the advantages of elemental jutsu but sasuke has a good reserve of lethal weapons from close range to about mid range, can Kakashi counter a chidori spear in mid-air? Genjutsu is just really speculation here, he doesn't use it for many of his fights

Blitz is very overused in the BG, blitz should be reserved for characters like A, Gated Guy, RM Naruto, people known for their speed. You're not saying Kakashi would blitz because of the encounter he had with Sasuke right? How would he fare against a Chidori Nagashi when he's "blitzing"?

I never send it would be a stomp for Sasuke, it would be a very close fight and I was going for Kakashi at first before reviewing Sasuke's feats in taijutsu, and i'm still a bit edgy

EDIT: Nah i'll go for Kakashi now since he has more experience overall, not only does he have the sharingan advantage but he also has good tactics, including tactics fighting uchihas, and I forgot about his other lethal weapons at his disposal here

You know, there's this thing called lying. Which is what Itachi did to Sasuke the entire fight. Chapter 394 page 6. Even Zetsu notes that Itachi could've easily dodged Sasuke's attacks.
Chapter 401 page 11 Madara says Sasuke never saw through any of his illusions.

Kakashi is more likely to figure out a tactic for Sasuke, his long range jutsu are more effective than Sasuke's, water style > fire. Plus he has the Sharingan here, so he's even more dangerous because of the extra agility he would receive predicting Sasuke's moves, and it gives him more counter opportunities. Then there are Raiten clones, those will do some damage considering Sasuke's main weapon is his Katana

I wouldn't say Sasuke has better speed without sharingan (reaction wise), it's been stated numerous times in the manga that without the sharingan Sasuke would have been killed by several different attacks (same for Kakashi but he has the Sharingan here)
Sasuke's main weapon isn't his body, he doesn't come up to someone and go Chidori Nagash! every single fight. The only time i remember him using spear is when he needed the range (when he had to hit Orochimaru through the door and he had to get to Deidara's Dragon) if there's others let me know
He almost always starts with taijutsu too (using his sword) if that was the case he would have used stream on Bee off the mark
