No. Kakashi, in this game, is a FIRE ninja. You will need FIRE, preferably just Fire, but you can include any element beyond that.

Start with three Turn 5 Kakashi, and work your way outward. You may want to include some Kakashi (Childhood), or other Sharingan ninjas. Sasuke is a must. Also try including any kind of The Third Hokage, or some ninja dogs. Kiba Inuzuka and Akamaru could help.

I good idea is to include some of the following jutsu:

-Lightning Blade
-Chidori
-Sharingan Eye
-Visual Jutsu
-Kamui
-Mangekyou Sharingan

That way, your Kakashi can do some damage. A gun's no good without bullets, right? Also try various other Fire jutsu. Mix and match for the best results.

For missions, try "Long Awaited Reinforcements", "Just Like Drifting Clouds", and "Tsunade's Guess." You're going to need to draw lots of cards to get your Kakashi out in time.
