All standard rules apply. No knowledge other than what they already possess. Both are going all out. Itachi is at full health.

Itachi speedblitzes. Like he could have done at literally any point in their fight despite being nearly dead. Itachi let Sasuke win their fight. Why is beyond me, but...

Anyway, yeah. Sasuke ain't winning a fight against a fully healthy Itachi when he couldn't against a 9/10 of the way dead Itachi.

During their fight he was nearly dead and holding back and he still kicked the crap out of Sasuke.

At full health, he should be more than fast enough to blitz.

Considering ET Itachi is technically a healthy Itachi and he kept up with and out matched RS Naruto means he's fast.

Lacking solid proof, reasonable assumptions are sufficient as the tier list isn't based entirely on feats.

If Itachi was noticably faster than Sasuke despite being nearly dead and holding back(which he was) then as I said before, it's reasonable to assume that at full health he's fast enough to blitz.

If you listen or read what Madara was telling Sasuke after their fight, Sasuke couldn't see through Itachi's Genjutsu at all and made Sasuke think he could and he did lose on purpose.

Not only was he halved in speed but in strength, his fire ball jutsus etc failed and he was forced to use Ammy instead. The MS already causes physical and mental fatigue.

He was sick and dying so if Itachi was at full power not sick then Itachi would of crushed Sasuke but now that Sasuke has EMS then this fight goes to Sasuke probably but Itachi is extemely smart and knows how to stay calm in a fight no matter what the situation is. He figured out Nagato's moves instantly, graduated at age 7 and passed the Chuunin Exam at age 10 and activated the full sharingan at age 7 and became an Anbu Captain at age 13 and is most likely smarter then Shikamaru and his dad.

Itachi isn't fast enough to blitz. Even Raikage wasn't fast enough to blitz without Sasuke using Susano'o.

I know raikage blitz but Sasuke was able to react with susano'o.

Skyfire said that Itachi could blitz without Sasuke even reacting.

Not even close. Naruto was trying to talk to him while holding off his attacks. Kind of like how you would swat at an annoying fly while trying to have a conversation with someone.

Still it's true sick Itachi did keep up with Sasuke fairly well but we have to remember he wanted Sasuke to win. With that being said he still wanted to pressure Sasuke to rid him of Orochimaru.

So it's very hard to call.

On the contrary, it's very easy to call. Itachi was easily keeping up with and thoroughly trouncing Sasuke while nearly dead, nearly blind, holding back and actually wanting Sasuke to win.

At full health and without his insane desire for Sasuke to win, Itachi annihistomps easily.

he broke tskumiyomi and by extention he beat itachi in genjutsu
he beat itachi in thier shuriken fight by stabbing him in the leg via rigged shuriken
he beat him in ninjutsu until itachi used susanoo
sasuke stomped "the half dead" itachi at everything
itachi was not half dead either
he was sick granted but he was taking a lot of pain killers among other things to prolong his life

At no point did Sasuke "stomp" Itachi. Fake though fight may have been, Itachi was clearly dominating it from the word "Go".

But I'll be generous and say that Itachi matched Sasuke pretty evenly, enough that the Sauce was almost completely out of chakra and had to use Kirin, which requires only a small amount of chakra.

And Sasuke only did as well as he did because Itachi was holding back.

After Kirin failed he pretended to go for Sasuke's eyes and had he been serious there was nothing Sasuke could have done to stop him, but he wasn't serious so he just poked Sasuke in the forehead and dropped dead.

In summary, as previously stated, Itachi was:

A: Half-dead.
B: Nearly blind.
C: Holding back.
D: Actually wanting Sasuke to win.

And Sasuke still only managed to just barely keep up with him from start to finish.

Like I said before if you listen or read what Madara was telling Sasuke after their fight, Sasuke couldn't see through Itachi's Genjutsu at all and made Sasuke think he could so he never broke Tskumiyomi. The stabbing in the leg part again Itachi let him and even Madara told him. He said himself that Itachi is a master at shuriken and would never be hit by something like that. And yes Itachi was more then half dead, yes he was taking medications but he was still dying and was just making it worse but using Susano and Amaterasu.

Note: Itachi was testing Sasuke as well like he does on all his opponents and especially Sasuke.

Itachi isn't fast as Raikage, RM Naruto, Gated Gai or such in movement.

Sure he is faster than Base Killerbee in movement I will give you that.
Then again Base Killerbee outsped Sasuke in kenjutsu.

Naruto wasn't going all out in speed or anything in that fight. He was lot more interested in conversing rather than blitzing or fighting.

EMS Sasuke will surpass Itachi mainly because its just the way its going to occur. Kishimoto will do it, you don't have to like it though.

well last time i visited this forums the rolls says, hypes is not used , i don't know if sasuke new ems have any feats right now , but right now i rather to use his previous feats of his susano ,

so in summary itachi wins this either ways , because he has more powerful attacks than sasuke since they both have equal defense , and i will not argue about the speed and blitz coz their is no real clue about who cant blitz the other one >
