Welcome to The Bookie's Office! The structure is owned by Sir Gabriel of The Hand, a secret organization based out of the area. This is a location where you may place your bets on fights that are held within BFV. May you be a fellow fighter or a gentleman bystander who just loves the watcher's point of view, or maybe you are a veteran allumni who just can seem to get the grand old game out of your head, we serve all kinds of people here! Rules for Placing Bets and Claiming Winnings:
One will request his or her bets be placed and will be patient.
One will respect the outcome of the match and except the consequence whether it be good or bad.
The Bookie will decide whether or not bets can be placed on certain battles for his own reasons and for reasons dealt down to him by The Hand.
One will not ask The Bookie questions about The Hand or its members.
Reputation will be given and will be kept track of on the OP.
You must leave a name by which the bet will be listed under.
One will not attack The Bookie or he will be killed instantly and Neg-Repped (GM does not apply to The Bookie.).
The Bookie and the organization known as The Hand reserve all rights to refuse service to an individual at their choosing and leisure.
Bets may only be placed before the start of a battle to prevent any "fixed" bets and/or prevent any misfortune from occurring do to "lack" of manors.
Under no circumstance may anyone other than a member of The Hand or The Bookie travel the premises outside of the main hall.

Anyone who disobeys the rules will be banned from placing bets and if they have a current bet going on The Bookie will take all profit from their share in the outcome.
How to Pay a Lost Bet;
If a patron is to lose a bet he or she must pay the Repuation to The Bookie and the competitor who beat their prediction. If the toll isn't payed within 3 days, they will be neg-repped and be banned from placing bets or receiving winnings until said debt is payed in double.
How you will Receive your Winnings;
If a patron is to win a bet he or she will be pos-repped by The Bookie and all of the patrons who lost the bet. If they are not payed their dues they may notify The Bookie and arrangments will be made to make sure they receive what they are owed.
