when/how will naruto control the nine-tails?

It has already been stated that the kyubi won't cooperate like the eight tails. Plus naruto already owns the fox's chakara so there isn't any way for naruto to turn into the fox or anything like that because the will has been separated from the chakara and to undo this (which would be stupid) you would have to break the seal (which is the same seal that RS used so why would he do that?) and redo it completely. Technically the kyubui is naruto's b*** right now so he really does have more control than B, especially once he can do the bijuu ball.
