PRP: Lakely City

[Pool]

For those who are ready to move on into Lakely City. The entrance fee into the gym is once again $100, but don't expect this fight to be easy. Talk to a lady outside the gym to receive a complimentary cell phone to talk to your fellow competitors.

*we enter the pokemon center*
Pie: Hi Nurse Joy can you please heal my pokemon *Blaze jumps on the counter*
Nurse Joy: alright just one second *...* all healed and please come again
Pie: thank you and now lets go to the Gym
Blaze: Chim Charr!!!!
*we go to the Gym*

[Pool]

Random Lady Outside the Gym: *Sees Pie* Would you like a free cell phone?

Pie: ok, whats a cell phone?
(cell phones haven't been used in Pokemon)

Pie: whatever I have a Gym battle to go to *graps a cell phone and enters the Gym*

Receptionist: Hello mam, what can I do for you today?

Pie: I would like to challenge the gym leader and can you watch my Chimchar Blaze during the battle since he wouldn't be used in the battle

[Bacon]

Receptionist:I say," Sure thing, just lemme process your money and you'll be good to go". After this I press the red button to let Richard know his next challenger is here.

Pie: Thank you and don't worry Blaze I'll win this easily
Blaze: Chim Charr!!!
*I head towards the battlefield where the gym leader is waiting*

Rich: I stood at my platform awaiting my opponent's arrival. The stadium is an outdoor arena, will a massive open air ceiling. At first glance, one would see the many islands which are scattered among the field. While an expansive pool stretched far and wide. The sun shined brightly, almost too brightly because today was the start of a record setting summer heatwave.

I don't know and I don't really care one way or the other

Pie: Hello I'm Pie from Miniroot Town and I'm going to beat you *I grap my first pokeball and I stare at the gym leader waiting for him to bring out his first pokemon*

[Bacon]

Well that's no fun. xD

Judge: This will be a one on one battle, each trainer will have to have 2 pokemon. The trainer may switch at anytime,but the gym leader may not. Let the battle commence!

Richard: My opponent was being cautious, waiting for me to make the first pick. So I said, "Alright fellow, then I'll go first. Go Ducklett"! I threw my pokeball in an arc, out of the flash of blinding light came a bird pokemon known as Ducklett. It had bluee feathers and a peculiar curved beak.

[ILIKEPIE]

Pie: Ducklett hmm go Vee *Vee comes out of it pokeball*
Vee: Ee vee!!!!
Pie: use shadow ball to knock it down and then jump in the air and hit it with Quick Attack *Vee fires shadow ball at ducklett and then jumps in air using quick attack heading right at ducklett*

[Bacon]

Richard: I see my opponent's eevee send a shadowball towards ducklett, so I said, " Ducklett, intercept the shadowball with airslash, then use gust to knock eevee back"! Ducklett climbed higher and unleashed a crecesent shaped wind blade towards the dark energy, causing a bit of dust to fly outward. With that, ducklett used gust to send eevee back toward the ground.

Now that my opponent's pokemon was knocked back, I said, " now fly up and use Rain dance"! Ducklett began to fly about in an unknown pattern to us humans,but for whatever reason why, it did rain.

Pie: Vee we need to knock it down so use multiple Shadow ball attacks and then use some of the shadow balls to jump against while using quick attack and you get close use bite *Vee fires multiple shadow Balls and quickly starts to jump around towards Ducklett while using Quick Attack*

[Bacon]

Richard: My opponent suddenly unleashes multiple shadowballs, so I say, " Ducklett, dive down to dodge them"! Dudcklett using his hieght advantage manages to swirve through them,but is hit but eevee's quick attack. After being hit hard, I say, " Cmon ducklett, recover before you hit the platform"! Ducklett was cringing from the pain,but then he manages to pull up just in time.

After this, I say, " ducklett to anticipate where eevee will land and send a water pulse towards her"! With this, ducklett begins to gather a free floating sphere of water at its mouth and fires it towards eevee's landing spot. Since the rain is coming down, the attack will charge extra fast and hit twice as hard.

Pie: Vee fire Shadow Ball stright Down *the force of the shadow Ball allowed Vee to Avoid most of the attack with taking a little damage*

Pie: Vee fire more Shadow Balls and then jump off them again but this time get above Ducklett use the force of Gravity to incease the power of your quick attack *Vee fires many Shadow Balls at Ducklett and jumps quickly off the shadow balls to get above Ducklett*

[Bacon]

Richard: Eevee has successfully avoided my attacks while retaliating with more shadowballs. So in retaliation I say, "Ducklett, dive into the water after using water pulse to cancel out a few of her shadow balls"! Ducklett does so, creating a massive water pulse to destroy most of eevee's attacks. After which Ducklett dived into the water with a relatively small splash, too avoid evee's attack.

[ILIKEPIE]

Pie: so it can swim too ok Vee fire Shadow Balls into the water then dive in using the shadow balls to hide yourself use bite to throw it against one of the islands * Vee fires the Shadow Balls and dives in going towards Ducklett without it being able to see Vee*

[Bacon]

Richard: I knew ducklett could not hear me, so I used a whistle which would resonate through out the water, giving ducklett a signal to dive deeper to resurface. At first I used a deep belowing whistle to signal a deeper dive,then a sharper whistle to singal resurfacing at the other side of the island.

Once ducklett resurfaces, he is very tired,but hopefully eevee will be thrown off and tire herself out in the water.

Pie: Vee use Quick Attack and then fire a full power Shadow Ball in close range *Vee quickly jumps out of the water fires Shadow Ball directly in front of Ducklett*

[Bacon]

Richard: I saw ducklett was gasping for breathe,but eevee was still going strong, or seemingly so. So I said, " use one flap of your gust to move out of the way of her shadow ball,then use the other to send eevee flying up in the air while using a water pulse shortly after'! With that, ducklett just barely manages to move out of the way of the shadowball,while using eevee's charge against her. Because she came so close, ducklet is able to hurt her while sending her above head where a weakened water pulse might finish her.

Pie: Vee use full power Shadow Ball *the shadow Ball and Water Pulse hit eachother casuing a huge explusion which hits both pokemon*

[Bacon]

Richard: Ducklett was caught in an explosion because of pie's eevee. When the dust settled, I could tell ducklett was unable to continue. So I called him back and sent lanturn out, " Come on ducklett, great job buddy! Alright lanturn, it's your turn"! Let's see what she does against a true water pokemon I thought. As my pokeball finished its arc, a flash of light unveiled a large fish with a little doodad at it's forehead.

[ILIKEPIE]

*Pie I look at Vee and I realize it fainted on it's feet* Pie: Vee you did a good job return *Vee goes back into it's pokeball*
Pie: Lanturn huh electric water in that case go Leafy *Leafy comes out of it's pokeball*
Pie: Leafy use Seed Bomb and follow it up with Sludge Bomb *the two powerful attacks come towards Lanturn*

[Bacon]

Richard: I said, "A grass type eh"? I reacted to the sludge and seedbombs by using a blunt whistle to signal lanturn to dive.Once it reaches its location, I make a sharper whistle to signal a sharp resurfacing. I notice lanturn was hit by a few seedbombs, but I won't make the mistake again. I said, " Sorry lanturn, now use discharge on shroomish and then follow up with signal beam when you land into the water"!

Land unleashes an electric wave towards shroomish, then as it dives back into the water. It unleashes a rainbow beam, which would be super effective against leafy. I finsh by saying, " Pie, this is your true test at my gym, overcome the odds'!

[ILIKEPIE]

Pie: I will, Leafy use Sludge Bomb to stop the single Beam *Leafy is hit by the electic attack and the rainbow beam is stoped by the flying sludge*

Pie: Leafy fire Speed Bomb into the water and then use Spore on the surface on the water around the island * speeds are fired into the water and spores are released on the surface of the water which would put whatever that touches it to sleep except for the pokemon that released them*

[Bacon]

Richard: I said, " Shoot, lanturn dodge the seed bombs by diving"! Thus lanturn does so,but the spores which leafy sent in disperse throughout the pool. With no other option, whistled sharply for lanturn to resurface. Since it was underwater, I can't give it orders.

Once it resurfaces, it is open for one clean shot.

Pie: Leafy once it resurfaces use Drain punch followed by Seed Bomb * Lanturn resurfaces and is affected by the spores and Leafy quickly jumps and uses Drain punch on Lanturn to do so damage and heal a little then it jumps again and fires Seed Bomb before it returns to the island*

[Bacon]

Richard: I watch lanturn being hit cleanly by drain punch,but it offers me one last shot to get her. So I yell out to lanturn at the last moment, " Go lanturn, over power seed bombs with signal beam and follow up by tackling shroomish wuth discharge"! If shroomish falls into the water, the shock will be amplified.

[ILIKEPIE]

Pie: Sludge Bomb on the water *the sludge prevents the shock from being amplified by the water and then Leafy quickly returns to the Island*

Pie: Leafy use Speed Bomb repeatly *Leafy fires multiple speed bombs towards Lanturn*

[Bacon]

Richard: I suppose leafy wouldn;t be too inhibited by the sludge as lanturn would have been,but it mananges to get back to land and unleashes a barrage of seed bombs. Lanturn was already hurt and exhausted as he took the full brunt of the attack. Part of me hoped he would survive,but lanturn floated unconsciously to the surface.

I said, " Well done lan, did you great". After returning it to its pokeball, I congratulated pie and gave him his badge, " Nice fight pie, here's proof of your victory".

Pie: good job Leafy and Vee thank you for the great battle *as pick grap the badge*

Pie: Toto use Aqua Jet *Toto hits it with the fast water type attack and Gligar counterattacts with Earthquake*
Pie: wow it's strong it took two supereffective water type attacks Toto use Ice Beam *Ice Beam being an Ice type move defeats Gligar*
Pie: pokeball go *ding ding dong* I captured a Gligar
Blaze: Chim charr!!!!
Toto: Toto toto dile!!!

Pie: use flamethrower *flamethrower catches Abra off guard and it counters with Teleport and Energy Ball*
Pie: teleport can be used for offensive hmmm use thunder punch *Abra dodges with Teleport and counters with Shadow Ball*
Pie: Blaze be careful use shadow claw *shadow claw hits and Abra goes down*
Pie: Pokeball go *ding ding dong* I caught an Abra

Tate: I finally arrive in Lakely City after catching Pikachu and Spinarak, two pokemon who seem like they will really help through my journey. I head to the pokemon center to heal up my pokemon. After I get Treeko, Poochyena, Spinarak, and Pikachu 100%, I spot an odd man dressed in black moving his eyes back and forth, as if he was scanning the area. He leaves, and my intuition tells me to follow him. As I head toward the door a lady approaches me with a strange device in her hands.

Lady: "Hello young man! You look like a new face in Lakely City. Would you be interested in a free cell phone?"

Tate: "A cell phone?" I look down at the device. "I mean...sure it could come in handy I guess."

Lady: "Here you go! Tell all your friends about the new shop that opened up in Lakely."

Tate: "Sh-She never told me the name of her shop." I think to myself. As I walk out the door, I don't see the man in black anywhere. I think about it for a minute and then shrug it off. "I wonder if there are any trainers in this town that could give me a warm-up battle before I challenge the gym."

Pie: ....... go Leafy use spore followed bye drain punch
RG: ..... use snore *snorlax falls alseep and is hit by drain punch but snore hits leafy hard*
Pie: Leafy be careful it may be sleeping but it still dangerous use seed bomb followed by another drain punch
RG: use sleep talk *seed bomb hits, sleep talk causes Snorelax to headbutt Leafy who then hits back with drain punch*
Pie: Leafy are you ok?
Leafy: shroo mish!!!
Pie: ok use Sludge bomb and another another drain punch
RG: use sleep talk followed by snore *Snorelax wakes up causing sleep talk and snore to fail and is defeated by the sludge bomb drain punch combo*
Pie: nice job Leafy return and that was a good battle fighting it's sleep is a difficult way to battle

Pie: lets catch it go Leafy use Spore and then Leaf Bomb *the Marshtomp was hit by a Spore fell alseep and was hit by the supereffective Leaf Bomb*
Pie: now use Drain Punch *Marshtomp woke up drain punch still hits but Leafy gets defeated by a powerfull Avalanche attack*
Pie: no way it beat Leafy return go Toto use Aqua Jet *Toto hits with Aqua Jet but Marshtomp countered with a powerfull Scald which burns Toto*
Pie: *knowing the burn weakens Toto I return it to it's pokeball* go Vee use Quick Attack *Vee hits quick but is hit by a powerfull Hydro Pump attack*
Pie: hmm Avalanche Scald Hydro Pump it's 4th move must be Earthquake Vee use a Full power Shadow Ball *the Shadow Ball knocks down Marshtomp*
Pie: pokeball go *ding ding dong* I caught a Marstomp
Blaze: Chim charr!!!
Vee: Ee Vee!!!
Pie: I'll name you Mud *the pokeball then vanishes into my PC*

Me: This guy looks easy... Okay, I'll go first. Mankey, do your thing!

I was about to command him, but I noticed the gym leader didn't pick his pokemon yet.

[Rotate]

Tate:As I explore the town a little, I notice several trainers just trying to catch some alley pokemon. A small guy, no older than 10 comes up and challenges me.

Rookie Trainer: "Hey mister, I wanna challenge you to a pokemon battle!"

Tate: "Well that's fine with me, you can make the first move." I calmly reply back.

Rookie Trainer: "Ok, go Pidgey!" A small brown and tan bird pokemon comes out of a pokeball that the trainer throws.

Tate: "Ok, go Pikachu!" I throw a pokeball, and my newly caught pikachu comes out of it.

Rookie Trainer: "Pidgey, use quick attack!"

Tate: "Pikachu use double team to dodge it, then use agility to gain speed!" Seven images of pikachu are made. Pidgey flies through one of the clones with its quick attack. The clones and the real Pikachu use agility and run around in a circle around pidgey, trying to confuse it.

Rookie Trainer: "Pidgey, use gust on all of the Pikachus!" Pidgey flaps its wings powerfully and creates a small tornado in an attempt to stop Pikachu's speed and double team.

Tate: "Pikachu! Go in the gust!" I could tell from Pikachu's expression that it was hesitant to be hit by the powerful gust, but it jumped inside. Pikachu started to be flung around inside of the gust, destroying its clones.

Rookie Trainer: "Good job Pidgey, you got him!"

Tate: "Think again. Pikachu, use Electro Ball!" Pikachu charges up a condensed yellow ball of electricity on its tail while it picked up speed from the gust. The faster Pikachu started to get flung around, the bigger the electro ball got. As the gust started to die down, the ball was already 5x the size of pidgey. "Ok Pikachu, get out of the gust and fling the electro ball at Pidgey." Pikachu jumped out of the gust as the rotation of the wind was heading in the direction of Pidgey and flung the Electro Ball.

Rookie Trainer: "Oh crap! Pidgey use quick attack to try and dodge." Before Pidgey could react, the electro ball was already a few inches in front of its face. Pidgey instantly fainted as was hit. "Pidgey return!"

Tate: Pikachu was huffing and puffing. I could tell that the gust and electro ball combo had worn him out. "Pikachu, good job. Return!"

Rookie: "I was right, you were strong. Here's $75 for winning the battle."

Pool: I was finally in the second major city, Lakely. The famous trainer and also gym leader, Rich, commanded water type pokemon. I figured Pansage would be really good off on its own, but I wondered what tricks the gym leader had. Surely the water types have trained themselves against the obvious grass weakness. I decided on my two pokemon to use, Scyther and Pansage. I didn't want Nidoran to feel left out, so I approached my friend Fluff. "Fluff, let's battle now! Best 2 out of 3!" I led him to the battling field by the local school. I had to shove a few kids to the ground to get my spot for both of us, but who cares? "I choose Nidoran!" I said, as I threw my pokeball and the quadruped covered in purple thorns came out of the pokeball, unsure if it was supposed to fight against it's ally.

Rich: As I stood there, I noticed my adversary had let loose a mankey. In response I pulled out my own pokeball to unleash ducklett. As the pokeball flew over the pool, ducklett came gliding out. I said at the opt of my voice, "Alright ducklett start off with diving toward mankey while using air slash. Then pull up at the last moment with gust"!

Ducklett flapped its wings furiously as it dove toward mankey. With one swift flap, it sent a crescent of air hurling toward mankay. Using that same momentum, it pulled its wings together to unleash a minor twister using gust. This quick burst of air allowed ducklett to climb faster using the current, while threatening to harm mankey.


Pool: I was finally in the second major city, Lakely. The famous trainer and also gym leader, Rich, commanded water type pokemon. I followed polio was eager to go one on one. Which lead us to a nearby school, which was the closest sanctioned battlefield within town.The line was kinda long, so he shoved a a few out of his way. All the while, I kept saying, " I'm sorry, excuse, pardon me" with an uncomfortable expression. Once I stepped out onto the field, he unleashed his nidoran. I thought to myself, this is his first pokemon; his strongest and closest one yet. So out of respect for that, I let mine loose too.

I pulled out my pokeball to let loose dratini. But to my dismay, squirtle came out without being commanded to do so. I slouched momentarily then said, "Aliright I'lls tart things off polio, Squirtle use rapid spin"! Squirtle quickly withdrew into its shell, as it launches itself toward nidoran with impressive speed.

[Pool]

Pool: I saw Fluff throw out his Dratini, but his Squirtle was itching for a battle. Squirtle started rushing at Nidoran, at a rapid pace. I guess that's why they call it rapid spin. >_>. "Counter it with a spinning Double Kick and send Squirtle back at Fluff!" I said to Nidoran. My pokemon began spinning in a circle, not much unlike Squirtle itslef. Nidoran kicked the Squirtle back at Fluff, which was still spinning. Nidoran then shot an array of poison tipped needles at Squirtle, a taunt and an attack of sorts.

Rich: As I stood there, I noticed my adversary had let loose a mankey. In response I pulled out my own pokeball to unleash ducklett. As the pokeball flew over the pool, ducklett came gliding out. I said at the opt of my voice, "Alright ducklett start off with diving toward mankey while using air slash. Then pull up at the last moment with gust"!

Ducklett flapped its wings furiously as it dove toward mankey. With one swift flap, it sent a crescent of air hurling toward mankay. Using that same momentum, it pulled its wings together to unleash a minor twister using gust. This quick burst of air allowed ducklett to climb faster using the current, while threatening to harm mankey.


Finally the Gym Leader let loose a pokemon. It was a ducklett.
Me: This will be a breeze mankey.
The ducklett dove down and used air slash.
Me: Mankey, go to another island and avoid the attack!
Mankey did but then he was hit by gust.
Me: Mankey, return!
Mankey came back and I sent out HootHoot.
Me: Now try to confuse ducklett and then use psychic.
Hoothoot attempted to confuse it and make it fall into the water, then used psychic to try and bang it against the islands.

PART 11:

After finally making it to Lakely City, Crystal and I went to get food while our Pokemon healed at the Pokemon Center.

"Well I think we should just go right to the gym." Crystal suggested.

"You think so?"

"Yeah, I feel if we get it over with now we'll have more time to check everything out and not have to worry about it!"

"Sounds good to me!"

And with our plans made and food eaten, we went to pick up our Pokemon from the center. However, we didn't see what we expected when we got there...

The Pokemon Center was on fire!!!!!!

Nurse Joy was standing outside of the Pokemon Center next to a rack of Pokeballs. "Oh, Red, Crystal, one of the patients, a Charizard, has a virus that makes him 10 times as powerful but has no control of his actions! We tried to stop it but...we couldn't hold it down...please help put out the fire!!!"

"Of course! Do you have our water Pokemon?" Crystal asked.

"Yes I do, right here!" She handed us two Pokeballs. "There are others putting out the fire as well. Go right there and just help please!"

"Gotcha!" I said, and Crystal and I ran over to the side of the building. "Okay, Tympole, use Hydro Pump!"

"Tym, tympole!" the Pokemon replied, obliging.

"You too, Poliwag!"

Soon, the fire was out. But there was still a rampaging Charizard flying overhead.

"Oh no!" Nurse Joy said.

"We have to stop it!" Crystal screamed. "Aim your Hydro Pump at Charizard, Poliwag!"

"You too, Tympole!"

And the Pokemon aimed their attacks at the Charizard. But, it didn't do much. They were too far away.

"WAIT!" a guy said, running over screaming. "Here, can your Pokemon fly up there on my Staraptor?"

"You up for it guys?" I said to the Pokemon.

"Tym, Tympole!"

"Poli, Poli, Poli!"

With the Pokemon's agreement, they hopped on Staraptor's back and flew up to the Charizard, and thanks to Staraptor's agility, they were able to avoid Charizard's blasts of flame while hitting Charizard directly and knocking him out.

After the commotion, Nurse Joy came over to talk to us. "Thank you so much! There isn't that much damage to the center, thanks to you two!"

"No problem!" we told her.

"Here, as a token of my appreciation, take these Full Restores! Outside of battle, they'll heal your Pokemon completely, so you don't have to stop at a Pokemon center!"

"Thanks so much!" I said.

"Thank you, Nurse Joy!" Crystal said as well.

"Well, you guys better be heading off towards the gym, yes? I can tell that you're probably here to challenge the Gym Leader anyways.

"Well, him not me. But yes!" Crystal said.

"The Gym's right around the corner from here. But be aware, he's quite powerful!" The nurse told us.

"Thanks for warning us, but there's no need to worry! I've been training for this and I'm not gonna lose!" I said.

"That's the spirit!" Nurse Joy smiled. "Okay, good luck!"

"Thank you!" I said, and we were off towards the gym. Once we reached the Gym, we went to the receptionist.

"Hello, here's $100, I'm ready to face the Gym Leader!"

[Sephiroth]

Fresh from my small training session i make my way to this next town. Still haveing Bagon, pidgey and mankey with me. Each strong as ever. I small as i pull out my rod and sat down on a small dock to fish. I heard there is a chance to chatch a strong water pokemon here.

[Sephiroth]

As I fish i look at teh sun and feel a bite!

"Hey i got a bite!"
I start to reel it in and its a SQUIRTLE!!!


I throw out pidgey and used wing attack on the pokemon

It was an instant hit, i threw my pokeball
ding ding ding

I caught me a Squirtle!!!


After i caught the pokemon, i went off in search for others in teh forest. It was getting dark as i walked through the forest. I smirk as i seen a glowing thing. It was a Pikachu!!

I through out my Bagon

"GO zen headbutt!!"

It was a direct hit

But the pikachu hit him with a thrunderbolt

Bagon shruged it off as he headbutted him again

i threw a pokeball

ding ding ding

CAught a pikachu!!!!

I went on to teh bright lights of the city

Tate:As I explore the town a little, I notice several trainers just trying to catch some alley pokemon. A small guy, no older than 10 comes up and challenges me.

Rookie Trainer: "Hey mister, I wanna challenge you to a pokemon battle!"

Tate: "Well that's fine with me, you can make the first move." I calmly reply back.

Rookie Trainer: "Ok, go Pidgey!" A small brown and tan bird pokemon comes out of a pokeball that the trainer throws.

Tate: "Ok, go Pikachu!" I throw a pokeball, and my newly caught pikachu comes out of it.

Rookie Trainer: "Pidgey, use quick attack!"

Tate: "Pikachu use double team to dodge it, then use agility to gain speed!" Seven images of pikachu are made. Pidgey flies through one of the clones with its quick attack. The clones and the real Pikachu use agility and run around in a circle around pidgey, trying to confuse it.

Rookie Trainer: "Pidgey, use gust on all of the Pikachus!" Pidgey flaps its wings powerfully and creates a small tornado in an attempt to stop Pikachu's speed and double team.

Tate: "Pikachu! Go in the gust!" I could tell from Pikachu's expression that it was hesitant to be hit by the powerful gust, but it jumped inside. Pikachu started to be flung around inside of the gust, destroying its clones.

Rookie Trainer: "Good job Pidgey, you got him!"

Tate: "Think again. Pikachu, use Electro Ball!" Pikachu charges up a condensed yellow ball of electricity on its tail while it picked up speed from the gust. The faster Pikachu started to get flung around, the bigger the electro ball got. As the gust started to die down, the ball was already 5x the size of pidgey. "Ok Pikachu, get out of the gust and fling the electro ball at Pidgey." Pikachu jumped out of the gust as the rotation of the wind was heading in the direction of Pidgey and flung the Electro Ball.

Rookie Trainer: "Oh crap! Pidgey use quick attack to try and dodge." Before Pidgey could react, the electro ball was already a few inches in front of its face. Pidgey instantly fainted as was hit. "Pidgey return!"

Tate: Pikachu was huffing and puffing. I could tell that the gust and electro ball combo had worn him out. "Pikachu, good job. Return!"

Rookie: "I was right, you were strong. Here's $75 for winning the battle."

Tate: As I continue on with exploring the rest of Lakely City, I notice a strange house in the Northwest corner of the City. I head toward it and see that there is a bunch of netting on the walls, and a picture of a big Magikarp hung over the front door. "Is this a seafood restaurant or something?"

As I knock on the door, and get no answer. "Hmm, maybe they're in the back..." As I go behind the house I see an opening to a huge lake, and a man in fishing gear, fishing with a golden rod. "Hey you! Can you tell me who runs this place?!"

Fisherman: I look back, surprised to see some brat yelling at me. "Hey you! You're scaring the fish! Be quiet!"

Tate: "What an angry old man..." I snort. "I just wanted to know more about this place.

Fisherman: "Oh, this place? This is my house....now get off my property."

Tate: "You're a fisherman right? You must have some tough water pokemon. Maybe you could help me train for the gym leader."

Fisherman:"Hey, did you not just hear what I said? Get off my property."

Tate: "Fine. I'll get off it if you battle me."

Fisherman: "Fine, I'll teach you a lesson then." I grab a pokeball from my fishing box and throw it up in the air. "Go Garyados!" A large Garyados looks down at the brat from the lake, trying to intimidate him.

Tate: "Woah, I've never seen one so big before! Now I know that you have to be good!" I reach for my belt and pull out Treeko's pokeball. "Go Treeko!"

Treeko: Tree-ko *Treeko looks up at Garyados and steps back a litte because of Garyados's intimidate.*

Tate: "Don't worry Treeko, he's probably a big softie."

Treeko: *Treeko looks back at Tate and becomes less afraid and shrugs off the intimidation technique*

Fisherman: "Ah, a pokemon's trust in his trainer is a beautiful thing, but I still want you the hell off of my property. Garyados, use Bite!"

Garyados: *Garyados uses its long neck to lunge down at Treeko."

Tate: "Treeko quickly, use detect to dodge the bite and jump on Garyados's head!"

Treeko:*Treeko's eyes turn red and it fluently flips over Garyados's head while it tries to bite Treeko. As a result, Garyados's face crashes into the ground, making rubble fly up into the air. Treeko lands on top of Garyados's head and holds on using the tiny spikes, that all Treekos have, in the soles of its feet.*

Garyados:*Garyados brings its head back up like nothing has happened and looks around for Treeko, not realizing that Treeko is on its head.*

Fisherman:*Garyados, use thrash and go wild!*

Garyados: *Garyados starts to brutally shake uncontrollably, relandscaping the terrain it touches. Treeko isn't strong enough to hold on and flys off and hits the ground hard.*

Tate: "Treeko get up or you'll be in serious trouble!"

Treeko: Tree-ko *Treeko shakes off the hit, but is pretty bruised up."

Tate: "All right, Treeko use Detect followed up by an agility and then Rock Tomb!"

Treeko:*As Garyados comes thrashing back toward Treeko, Treeko uses detect to avoid it intirely. It then starts to pick up speed and smashes its tail into the ground, sending boulders flying up in the air toward Garyados.*

Fisherman: "Garyados, dodge it!"

Garyados: *Garyados was deep in its thrashing to hear its master, and gets hit hard with boulders, which keeps it from moving.

Fisherman: "Garyados no!"

Tate: "All right Treeko, finish Garyados off with a Giga Drain!"

Treeko: Tree-ko! *Vines come from Treeko's tail and wrap around the trapped Garyados, then sap energy from Garyados and transfers it to Treeko, healing its bruises. *

Garyados:*Garyados faints*

Tate:"Great job Treeko, return!"

Fisherman: "Dang I lost. Hey kid, if I just pay you, will you leave me alone?"

Tate: I looked at the Fisherman and smiled. "Sure thing."

The fisherman payed Tate $100 to stop bugging him. Tate left right after with a smile. He had gotten the training he wanted and some cash to pay for his battle.

[Pool]

Pool: Bacon like died or something, so made my Nidoran return and I went to the area near the gym. I saw this slightly attractive girl in a funky outfit scaring some people. I walked over just to find that she was giving away free phones with service. "That's an awesome deal," I said, and I took the phone. I walked inside the gym, where the Gym Leader Rich resides. "This place looks good!" I said, while paying 100 bucks to get in the battle area. Somebody foreign to me was already battling Rich, so I sat in the stands and gawked at the beauty of the gym battlefield. It was just three simple platforms surrounded by water, with a sunroof. But still, it was near perfect.

Literally running into Lakely City, Voca felt a strong sense of relief when she entered the water-covered city. She shuddered. So...many...bugs...

After healing her Pokemon, Voca went around and looked at the sights and ate. "Mmm..I barely won my first Gym fight...and I can't really afford to lose any matches..." She thought to herself.

[Sephiroth]

I walk into the pokemon center adn heal my pokemon. i sat down and yawned as i close my eyes for a quick nap

Voca decided that it would be best to train some more, and left to go back into the forest.

She had to look for a bit before encountering a trainer. Eventually she came across a girl. "Hey, wanna battle?" "Like, okay! Go Skitty!" Lass Tina sent out Skitty! "Lets go Coco!" Voca sent out Coco. "Ewww that thing is like, sooo ugly!"

"Ok! Uuuuse Attract!" Hearts formed around Skitty and went towards Coco. It had no effect. "Um...Coco's a girl.." "Ew, something that ugly is a girl?" "Use Double Team and then Seed Bomb!" Clones appeared around the cat, and seeds shot out, but only one- the real Coco- actually hit it. "Nyaa!!"

"Use Sing!" A song was sung and Coco fell asleep. "Wake Up, Coco!" "Okay! Now, like, use Wake-Up Slap!" The Skitty walked over to Coco and began slapping it, causing it to take damage and wake up. "Okay! Now Double Slap!" The Skitty went to do it, but suddenly slowed.

"Skitty what's wrong??" The kitten yawned and curled up into a ball, falling asleep. "Aww she like, fell asleep!" "My Coco has Effect Spore and it can make a Pokemon fall asleep if you touch it. Now, use Drain Punch!" Coco hopped over to the sleeping Pokemon and punched it, stealing it's energy.

"Waaaaah! You hurt my little kitty!" She ran off somewhere to cry. Coco walked over to Voca holding a wallet. "What's with everybody dropping their wallets when I beat th- Oh 25 dollars!" She took the money and dropped the wallet.

Voca went back to town and went into the PokeMart. She looked around when a clerk notice Eevee. "Oh, are you looking for the Evolution Stones?" "They sell them at stores?" "Yea, they recently came out to sell in stores. They're $300 each." "..Oh. That's kind of a lot...but I guess I can see why..."

"So what are you going to evolve your Eevee in to? Jolteon, Glaceon, Espeon..." Voca thought. "Um...I haven't thought about it...I don't even know what those looke like or their types.." The clerk led Voca to the Evo stones section and grabbed a pamphlet from the self beside it. "Eevee can only evolve into 3 Pokemon by stone, the other 4 require different methods. There's Jolteon the fast Electric type, Leafeon the durable Grass type, Espeon the powerful Psychic type, Umbreon the sturdy Dark type, Glaceon the stunning Ice type, Vaporeon the garceful Water type, Flareon the weak strong Fire type. You can get Joleton, Vaporeon, and Flareon by stone, but Espeon and Umbreon need lots of love during the day or night, and Leafeon and Glaceon need to be raised in a deep forest or cold mountain." The clerk told her, as she showed her the images of the Eeveelutions.

"Uhm...wow..there's a lot of them...." Voca couldn't decide. She already had a grass type, so maybe Leafeon wasn't good...She looked at Eevee to ask what she wante, but Eevee was already looking intently at the image of Vaporeon. "...That one?" She pointed to the image, and Eevee shook her head. 'I'll become even more beautiful!' Eevee thought to herself, excited.

"Okay...how do I get the Water one?" The clerk pointed to the self and grabbed a blue stone. "Drop it on your Eevee and it will become a Vaporeon. Again, it's $300." Voca looked at her money. She only had $350....but she could have a stronger Pokemon too.

"....Okay. I'll buy it." "Excellent! I'll go and ring you up." They went the cash register and made the purchase. "Thank you. Bye!" Voca left and went to the Pokemon center. "Okay...here goes..." Voca took out the Water Stone and dropped it on Eevee's head. Eevee started shaking and glowed in a white light, it's appearance suddenly changing as much as the silhouette showed. When the light faded away, a blue mermaid-like Pokemon stood. "Oooh...I just realize I never gave you a nickname. I think I'll call you...Aqua."

[Sephiroth]

I woke up from a long nap and stretched. "Well time to battle the gym." I smile as i got up and walked towards the gym of this pretty town.

[Vocaloid]

Aqua stood there admiring her new body. "Come on..we need to see if the price is even higher here to challenge the gym.." Voca waited and waited before getting impatient and forcing Aqua back into her ball.

She left the center and walked around, trying to find the Gym. When she found it, she saw a guy there in front of the building. "Uhm...excuse me...is the price to challenge the Gym $100 too like it was in Tokagen City?" She asked.

[Sephiroth]

I stand there looking at the gym and then at the girl and smile, "This is the gym, but the price i do not know sadly I am here to challenge it. Maybe i will win." I smile

Lady outside the gym: would you like a free cell phone?

"I hope to win a badge too. I jst evolved my Eevee for it." She said to the guy.

"Uh....really?..What's the catch?"

Lady: no catch we are doing a free give away for young trainers to adverise our new phones

I looked at the old lady, "Yes what is the catch?" I ask as i stand there

"Really? Well..um, sure. I guess." She took the phone when the lady handed it to her. "....A PokeGear?"

[ILIKEPIE]

Lady: don't give fishermen your number or they will call you to talk about their Magikarp

[Pool]

Pool: I saw the two trainers outside, one I remember was Seph, but the other I didn't know. I waved from inside the gym at the couple.

[Sephiroth]

I asked for a phone from the lady, I look at the girl, "Umm i didnt get your name? My name is Wei. I smile, It is nice to meet you" I give a friend hand shake

[Vocaloid]

"My aunt said that in her youth some kid kept calling her about some top percentage Ratatta or something..." She looked through the options on the PokeGear. Phone, Radio, Map...

When she looked in the Gym she saw some weirdo waving at her. She awkwardly waved back.

[Pool]

Pool: Well, at least Wei was cool.

[Sephiroth]

Wei just looked away at teh wave, still pissed off at pool and bacon. "Hey," wei looked at teh girl, "Would you like to have a little battle?" He asked her with a smile

[Pool]

Pool: I sat and cried, because I had no friends.

[Bacon]

Hehe sorry polio and others, I'm busy for the next few weeks. :/ I bet yall will be at the fourth gym while I am stuck by myself. :(

Tate: I went back to the pokemon center to heal Pikachu and Treeko from their battles. I then headed to the gym and took out $100 and placed it in front of the secretary of the gym. "I've come to challenge the gym."

Lady: "Ok sir. Just walk inside and wait for your battle." *Takes the $100*

Tate: Before I went in, I see two familiar faces and one new one. "Hmm, looks like they're anxious to battle before they challenge the gym. They'll just tire out their pokemon before their gym battle." I go inside and sit on the bleachers to wait for my battle.

Pidgey appeared out of its pokeball. "Alright Pidgey, use agility, than quick attack!" Making the speed boost, pidgey quickly flew though the DT and aimed its attack on the real one.

"Retu-Wait!" Coco instead charge with a fist forward at the Pidgey, aiming to counter it's Quick Attack with a Drain Punch.

Watching the scene a small smile come across my face, "FINISH THIS PIDGEY! use wingattack with ur speed!" he tried to hit coco and her drain punch with teh wing attack, hopefully this would be it

"Shrooo!" Coco was knocked back. She slowly got up and tried to launch a Seed Bomb at the bird. "Coco you've done enough! Come back to your ball!"

"Good job pidgey!" Pidgey was barely standing but didnt move, it seemed to be strong enough to continue

Coco threw the seed with the last bit of her strength before she fell and passed out. "..Coco...." Did she really want to win that badly?

"..Milee." She released Mienfoo from her Pokeball. "..Fake-Out." Mileena ran with a blinding speed and slapped it's hands right in front of Pidgey, releasing a shock wave at it.
(That's apparently how the anime shows the move)

The ducklett dove down and used air slash.
Me: Mankey, go to another island and avoid the attack!
Mankey did but then he was hit by gust.

Mankey came back and I sent out HootHoot.
Me: Now try to confuse ducklett and then use psychic.
Hoothoot attempted to use confusion to confuse it and make it fall into the water, then used psychic to try and bang it against the islands.

Rich: Use as many as you need. Go, Ducklett! *Rich threw a pokeball and a ducklett came out from it, and it waddled around in the water below the three thin circular islands sticking from the water. Each connected forms an equilateral triangle*

"Oh..Okay....Aqua, let's go." She threw her Pokeball and sent out Vaporeon. "Okay...Use Synchronoise!" Aqua started glowing and an odd shockwave shot out across the arena.

"Okay! Use Ice Beam!" She shot out an icy blue beam at the small duck.

*Seviper jumped at Hoothoot trying to bite it*

*Seviper gets caught up in the gust and avoids the psychic*

*Seviper slashed hoothoot with it's tail. Hoothoot became poisoned*
Me: Hoothoot! Use psychich again! This time followed by wing attack!
*Hoothoot hit seviper with pyschic then attacked it using wing attack. Seviper faints*
Trainer: No!
*Returns Seviper to it's ball* Go Koffing!
Me: Hoothoot Psychic!
*Hoothoot makes Koffing Faint with a super efective Psychic*
Me: Nice job hoothoot!
Trainer: No! Go Grimer!
Me: Use another Psychic hoothoot!
*The super effective psychic makes Grimer faint*

Me: Hoothoot, use... *Hoothoot faints from the poison* No!!!! Go Cranidos, finish this. Use Double Kick!*Cranidos Ran up to croagunk and kicked it twice in the face* Now use headbutt!*Cranidos knocked out croagunk with a headbutt*
Trainer: Okay you can go... Here's 150 dollars for your win.

"Use Acid Armor to Dodge it, then use Synchronoise again!" Vaporeon dodged the attack by jumping into the water and melting into it. It then appeared behind Ducklett on a little island and created another shockwave.

"Use Ice Beam to deflect it then shoot it at Ducklett!" Vap. shot an IB at the Air Slash to cancel it out. Then it kept the beam up towards Ducklett. "Okay! Another Synchro!"

Rich: Dive! *Ducklett dove underwater but the synchronoise knicked its leg and took minimal damage* *Rich couldnt react to the ice beam and it hit ducklett head on, drastically weakening it* Use water pulse and gust! *Ducklett mustered up its strength and shot a water tornado technique at vaporeon, hoping to catch it off guard with the scale of this attack*

(I used two attacks. Ice Beam kept shooting towards Ducklett after canceling Air Slash then I used Synchro)

"Absorb it!" Vaporeon dove towards the attack, absorbing it and regaining energy. "Water attacks are useless on her because she has Water Absorb! Okay! Use Scald in the air and then Ice Beam!" Vaporeon shot a hot Scald into the air above Ducklett, then froze it with Ice Beam, causing sharp icicles to drop from the sky.
