Speed and reaction is clearly in Madara favor. The fact he is able to activate his intagibility against some of the fastest characters the story shows you a glimpse of how skilled he really is. Then you add Sasuke with a fully loaded susanoo. Which by the way the summit was struggling with a half baked one. The advantage is clearly Sasuke and Madara.

True. But Sasuke fought the Kages one on one practically.

They didn't all attack together like they would here.

Bottom line is quite simple, Danzo can arguably take them on 1v1 himself.

With Shisui's eye, and Foo spamming mind capture, along with everyone else here, including Darui, chances are very slim that Madara can dodge all the necessary techniques let alone be on the offensive. They can kill Madara in multiple ways here.

As for Sasuke, ah, I don't think he can handle even A, topping that off with massive sand assaults and boil release, Susano won't last very long.

That is true still doesnt change the fact that Madara is fast as hell. The chances of any of them actually landing a solid attack is slim. Not to mention genjutsu was all but forgotten in that last fight.

Madara IS fast. But this isn't toying with Leaf Chuunin, Kakashi and Yamato
this is dealing with Kages and Jonin level ninja. If Torune could land his
nanobug attack on Madara with just him and Foo attacking how much more
could Kages do if they coordinated their attacks?

Though it would probably be best to get rid of Sasuke first as he's
the easier opponent especially with Karin not being around. Still
the difficulty is Madara also fighting. They would have to figure
out a way to keep Madara busy while Danzo fights against Sasuke
and drains away his Sussano or tries to get him with Shisui's eye.

as for Madara he holds on much longer but I don't buy for a second he can solo a bunch of kages with out prep

you should have given him some one useful as a tag team partner

IIRC Madara was going to teleport sasuke away from Danzo's sword(or at least save him somehow), while he was at a distance and while Danzo was swinging the sword

But Danzo with Shisui's eye takes this
