It's not even an activation. It's just a reason for existence. Like yammy's was rage. HE didn't activate rage, per sae.

It's a technique. People are in denial, and just renaming it 'Aspect of Death'.

The only difference is that it is a one time use, overpowered ability. Was used to counter Final Bankai for some reason, even although no one uses Final Bankai, ergo the technique being incredibly stupid and suicidal.
