Voting Time! For New Leaders!

So we have been throwing around a lot of names for new leaders of the new groups. Well we should vote on who we think will make the best leaders.
First we are gonna have nominations, I will make two separate threads for nominations. One for Shinigami/Vizard and One for Arrancar/Hollow. Then after Nominations are cast I will have a Mod aka Dev close the threads and I will tally up the Nominees. Then I will make two voting threads as well in the same manner except they will have polls that contain the names of these nominees.

So Yes, the time has come.

i think that since me and dev already have groups ares should stay since they aren't really species specific and more like merc groups. however as for who should lead the faction groups. i dunno.
