In a nutshell, it was a lot of philosophical stuff about Machiavelli's "The Prince" and some other literature pertaining to it followed by a lot of vague, thought inducing questions.

The best rulers have severe psychoses and generally suffer from some STI or other serious malady (Hitler had syphilis, I bet!). Best find yourself some two-bit whoarz and get crackin'. Syphilis will help you fulfill both requisites, but perhaps it's not your thing? Pick a random group of people (religious sects, unwanted family clans, etc.) to terrorize and annihilate.
