Naruto has control over the Kyuubi and Sasuke has the curse mark.

Depends if Nagato is alone and has the 6-paths powers gathered , then Pain and Itachi GG and this according to the recent chapater.

but still the upcoming chapter can determine whether Naruto is able to defeat Nagato or not and I think he will.

did u see chapter 550 or not ? Preta and Naraka wouldn't make it that easy for Naruto.
