Without prep Danzo cannot be guarded long enough to release the locks on his arm, or unwrap his Suishi's eye.

I.E. Jiraiya's/Gamabuntas Oil/Fire Ninjutsu blast could easily incinerate Konan.

Also we've seen Jiraiya utilize Sage Oil to cripple Konan's paper multiplication.

By the time Danzo's arm is unlocked, or his eye is unwrapped, Jiraiya is already in SM.

And Danzo has no counter for dodging Emba, Gamabunta, and his advanced Ninjutsu. I.E. Giant Rasengan, Burning Sage Oil Wave, Sage Needles, Frog Song, and bursts by both Ma and Pa.

I reckon the Third Hokage and Jiraiya can survive for 10/11 minutes. Danzo could use Shisui's eye however. Swamp of the Underworld and Boss Summons should be able to beat Danzo.

Regardless... Baka will give him enough time to unlock. Third in prime is hyped so we can't really use anything other than what he has just not being old.

And no, Jirayia takes a while to get into sage mode being he has to summon ma and pa and they have to make the nature flow and etc. Danzo pops baka, boss summons fight while danzo unlocks. After he does, its gg due to no prev knowledge. Bind touch.

Plus suisui's eye control can make Jirayia have second thoughts about going sage mode.

Well for one Konan is extremely weak to oil it can cripple her powers so Jiraiya could defeat her easily as for Jiraiya against Danzo Jiraiya can use fire release witch makes Danzos wind release useless as for the wood release that can be troublesome but he could probably take it on.As for the hokage Hiruzen has masterd every form of shinobi combat is a master of fire release as well as earth release same as Jiraiya so he could counter Danzo's wind as for the wood release with the adamantine staff he was able to break through, cut,and block Hashirama's trees witch are more powerful than Danzo's.
Hiruzen was also called the strongest of the hokage witch as an old man the moment he got serious in his fight he was able to defeat the first and second hokages with them only surviving because they were immortal witch is impressive because the first Hashirama was so powerful he was the only man Madara Uchiha respected and they were rival constantly fighting wich in their final battle Madara and the nine tailed fox fought and were defeated by Hashirama leaving Madara so badly injured he still hasn't fully recovered and the second Tobirama was considered to rival Hashirama in strength and skill and according to the fourth Minato Tobirama was skilled in space time ninjutsu plus he also invented the summoning impure world resurrection even when faced with these two at the same time Hiruzen didn't lose and despite his amazing skills Enma said that Hiruzen's performance in battle was miserable compared to his youth plus orochimaru said that he was surprised he wasn't using shadow clones as much in their fight witch was because he didn't have as much chakra as when he was younger.On top of that if the summoner resurrected the hokages dies they will still live and cause destruction and death in the end Hiruzen only died because he committed suicide because to of his opponents couldn't die.You also said in this battle Hiruzen is in his prime thus being the same age he was when he was nicknamed The God Of Shinobi.
As for Danzo's sharingan izanagi just allows him to survive being killed for five minutes each the two could take him on that long as for Shisui's sharingan it requires focus so he couldn't use it in the heat of battle also only one time a day it also only causes have false experiences witch when Ao pointed out what was happening Mifune just had to be told that he was being controlled to get over it witch Hiruzen has known everyone in the village including Shisui and could probably realize if Jiriaya was being controlled thus snapping him out of it and in his prime could take on Jiraiya to as for himself being controlled Jiraiya could probably snap him out of it just by calling out to him plus you didn't say Danzo was in his prime.

You could probably guess i,m a big fan of of Hiruzen but I like all these characters but I would say the win goes to Hiruzen and Jiraiya:D

Also as for Konan's paper person of god technique it is powerful but she needs time to set it up.

Sage oil loses out to it, as well as Jirayia and Hiruzen being that sasuke needed susanoo to anchor him in order to not be pulled in. Baku had enough of a suction to rip a solid well-built bridge apart piece by piece and knock susanoo off of its balance. Unless Jirayia and Hiruzen find a way to block themselves from the wind current, they get sucked into a gravity vortex.

Only needs to manipulate one. And not even that many, being he reacted to susanoo arrows twice, and once by growing a tree out of his arm.

Theres no ma, pa, or Gama if Jiayia gets manipulated.
