I don't believe there is currently any ninja that could kill KN6 Naruto or above.

His tanking feats are well above others, including Orochimaru. At most, I assume Sasuke's Amy is probably the only jutsu capable. Meaning of course, Kyuubi's chakra doesn't burn the flames off itself, which is a possibility.

Kisame's Samehada would be the alternative. In which case weakening and draining the chakra until Naruto passed out. Although Kyuubi's chakra is much more creative in its innate ability to travel through the ground and branch off itself, utilizing unpredictable attack motions as shown in the Orochimaru battle.

These are just off the top of my head, The first hokage, of course, Itachi's Susano, both of which are currently K.I.A.
