Does Anyone Know How Rin Died?

Obito was the only one who died in the Kakashi Chronicles, but Kakashi mentioned that he wish he could see those two again. Was it Obito and Rin? Or Obito or Minato?

It was never shown how she died. Probably in combat or something, Kakashi said he was unable to protect her when she died though, but his whole team died, so he probably meant all of them. Most likely Obito and Rin, but I think he meant all three of them.

Could it have been that Rin was the one that brought flowers to the stone the kakashi is always at in episode 80 (if im not mistaken) the episode where they have the 3rd hokage's funeral. i dont real call kakashi or her saying anything about rin, but i remember one of them saying something about Obito, so if that is rin, then maybe she died during the time jump into Shippuden

I know what happened to Rin.
it happened when the 4th great ninja war happened and they reveled who was behind the mask(Tobi). Obito survived and then was going to keep going on with project(ultimate genjustu).Kakashi asked why he is working with Madara and said it was because he let Rin die. Then they went into the past and Obito survived because Madara(who was vey old at that time) saved him.Since the entire right side of his body was demolished it was replaced with some of Harashrama's wood thing. Zetsu was in it too but only the right side and along with a swirly faced guy just like him. Madara had a conversation with him saying that since he saved him he will do as he says. He kept refusing and Zetsu and the other guy helped him get at least a bit stronger, or until he could walk. He was determined to because he wanted to see Kakashi and Rin again. Obito told Zetsu to keep an eye on them. So he did until he sensed that they were in a spike. Obito tryed to get out by punching the huge boulder out but instead he ended up huring his arm. So the Swirly guy wrapped around Obito like a cloak and Obito tried again. So he ran and then the eye that was still with him saw Rin with something peirced on the left side of her chest. He didn't belive it until he got to where Kakashi and Rin were. Kakashi used his Chidori and killed Rin with it. He was too injured and by the time he fainted he got his mangekyo awakened. He colapsed. Since Obito had the same eye as Kakashi, he was also able to use the mangekyo.The ninja who were attacking Rin and Kakashi were from the mist.Obito killed them all and left. One of them said they should still take Rin's body since it had too much information. So Kakashi killed Rin because of that or Rin said to do it.

Kubo received countless mails including threats just because a film had the line "Execute Hitsugaya".

Caused that line to be removed and pushing Kubo to publicly apologize.
If more than enough do it, even Kishi would give in.

Kakashi killed Rin using Raikiri in order to obtain Mangekyo Sharingan, which Obito saw and went outraging. Before Obito started killing the ANBU around, Kakashi passed out.

Well Rin supposedly died in combat while fighting some ninja from another village.
kakashi accidently hit Rin with his lightning blade and this is how Kakashi obtained the Mangekyou sharingan. Without kakashi noticing, obito was fighting by his side with the (tobi) mask and kakashi didn't notice. So when Rin died Obito also gained the Mangekyou sharingan and now today both of them can use Kamui.

Kakashi was trying to stop her when he found out, but the fog blinded Kakashi. He tried using chidori on one of Orochimaru's member, but... He actually hitted Rin. By the way, I think that was only one reason why Kakashi could stop her...
