Shikamaru doesn't know enough powerful jutsu and probably wouldn't even do the job properly.

Kakashi, he's getting on, and while he does have a Sharingan, it's not as good as the real thing.

Um...Depending, I would say kakashi, then Naruto, then Konohamaru. Naruto, though talented *mumbles and a dunderheaded idiot*, Is not to the level of maturity. Hokage doesn't just mean you're the strongest ninja. You have to deal with the whole thing! Keeping ninjas on missions at a regular rate, keep clients in your books, work with the ninja economy, ect. I just don't think Naruto is ready for all that. And Shizune isn't allowed to be the shadow Hokage again. Kami knows she did everything for tsunade

If Naruto doesn't die as Hokage then I won't see the point of Konhomaru being Hokage since their isn't a large gap in age between them, Konohomaru will be old when he Naruto steps down. Again assuming Naruto doesn't die.
