What fast speed?

IIRC he was noted to be the slowest Akatsuki member and certainly isn't fast enough to blitz Kakuzu, who would casually have solo'd the group if not for the plot.

Iron Skin means Hidan cannot draw blood.

Even if he COULD draw blood, it takes ages for him to prep the circle, Kakuzu has a bunch of masked hearts that launch elemental blasts, is he going to sit there and admire the art or will he shoop da whoop and fire his lazah?

I think I'd go for the latter.

Doesn't matter if Hidan is immortal. He can't do anything to Kakuzu's Iron Skin.

Threads alone can incapacitate Hidan. Once Hidan's head's off, Kakuzu would be considered the winner. I also highly doubt Hidan would still be alive if Kakuzu smashes Hidan's head with an Iron Fist punch.
