Healthy Orochimaru... doesn't need an explanation. Dead Neji.
Lee uses Hidden Lotus. Dead Neji.

Also, just because a Jutsu hasn't been shown doing damage, doesn't mean it's not powerful. How would Neji dodge several giant fire blasts? Also, HOW would he cut Chidori Sharp Spear. And one more thing, if Neji gets close to Sasuke, Sasuke can use Chidori Stream and paralyze him.
